Ann Jackson is one of the rudest most condescending people I have ever met. Her dramatics and illegal behaviors know no bounds she will take photos of your personal belongings without consent, something that is not legal and I will be taking to NCAT. Never rent or buy through these people their treatment of tenants is appalling, ignoring repair requests and telling tenants its their responsibility to fix things on the property that are actually due to maintenance issues the owner is responsible for.Never again

Would not suggest using this real estate, the property agents are rude and condescending. And any issues raised once moving in, were only attended to several months later.Our property was also up for sale and the owner requested weekly inspections some without confirmation to which we agreed with notice to only be then not given the same courtesy when exiting the property.When we were to move out we were treated unfairly for condition of the property, as they examine much harder on the outgoing report to what they write for the in going inspection report.

Got taken out to a hovel of a place in the middle of nowhere. Old bus dumped outside and cockroach and spider baits littered everywhere. Ugh. Can't believe a company would try to rent out such a horrible place and expect to get a cent for it.Just totally wrong on so many levels

You would think moving into a coastal small town the agents and small community would be friendly and professional to deal with....Well you guessed wrong! L J Hooker were especially unprofessional and never actioned issues that were raised by us. It took repeated emails and phone calls to get anything done. Also on serval occasions Ann Jackson our agent at the time broke the tenancy laws and I had to call the department of fair trading.. She horrible to deal with and just plan rude. Shame on you LJ Hooker!
