Fantastic to see Ameer back, chemist is running smoothly

New male pharmacist Luca is rude, tries to intimidating, pick a fight even when you are nothing but politely asking for a script. When uses his rude attitude, asking him to kindly speak politely as you are to him, he gets further abusive, even in front of customers. Has no place in any customer service position. Lied to doctor's surgery claiming I was rude, even when I was on phone to doctor's who heard whole exchange and told him I was not rude at all. Happily going elsewhere. People being polite coming for a script deserve better than to be treater so rudely. I had to ask him twice to stop speaking rudely to me when all I was was calm and polite, he offers the customer abuse police sign and says I am being rude and abusive. Other customers looking at him stunned. Suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful. I will never be going back and urge that nobody else does. Never had any experience like that at a chemist. Absolutely disgusting!! Go to Terry Whites down town, they were absolutely lovely and more then helpful.

I have never been spoken to so rudely by a pharmacist. Luca argued with me and told me that my doctor was wrong about my daughter having thrush. He said that it does not sound like thrush and asked me how I knew, I repeated myself more then once telling him I took her to the doctor. And our doctor said that we needed Nilstat for her thrush but he once again argued with me and told me that nilstatin will work better and that there are no differences, but I also went to terry whites down town and asked them the exact same questions I asked him and the 2 lady’s that served me were so lovely and helped me out very much and even they said that nilstat will work 100x better. I will never go back to this pharmacy and will continue to go to terry whites as they are much more helpful and will not argue with you.Also p.s nilstat cleared up her thrush within 2 days and the nilstatin took way to long to even see a change.

The previous owners were amazing. Now it is the worst customer service I have ever come across. Rude, arrogant, argues with customers. I have moved on to another chemist.
