Beware of these developers. They built my apartment @ 11-13 Apsley street in Penshurst 2 years ago and all the owners and our strata are having no luck in getting them to fix major defects. Huge flooding in the basement 4 times so far, the storeroom flooded, not to mention drainage pipes that hsve no outlet for water to go!! a couple of the apartments have water damage caused by no waterproofing of above apartments planterboxes.. if only we all had warning about purchasing a defective building complex, it would save us all a lot of stress that we now need to seek legal action and current affair to expose. They are building @ railway parade mortdale and near completion, so please triple check before u buy as these other reviews are obviously by staff abd family members linked to Andalos
