Shocking coffee; hot (burning actually) milk and a drip of coffee. Croissants tasted like they were two days old and just taken out of the fridge. Take your money and tastebuds elsewhere!

Paid $14 for a panko chicken sandwhich. Had one bite and couldn’t stomach another mouthful. The bread seemed like it was two weeks old and the chicken didn’t even taste like chicken. I’d rather go hungry than eat the food from here.

Didn't realise getting a meat pie could be such a difficult task... got me a wrong reciept to begin with, then took more than 10 minutes to get the meat pie ready and the meat pie wasn't even the right pie I ordered...

Woman working at grinders had mask predominantly off face, under nose and mouth, and wasn't doing hand hygiene. Repeatedly touched mask. When asked about her mask she touched at again and was generally rude.

It’s the first coffee place you see after entering T1… stay clear and go somewhere else. They are not able to keep up with the number of people lining up. I waited for 15 min for my coffee and noticed people that were behind me on the line were getting their coffees, when I asked, the barista said… I don’t have your ticket, she did it then, but again, they cannot keep up. Not very friendly staff.

Despite a truckload of people in the food court (half of which is closed for renovation) clearly wanting coffee, food etc. as they arrive early morning to avoid the holiday rush… the staff aren’t flexible in commencing trade earlier than 6am, just take focused for an hour setting up. Lots of potential customers walking down to Macchinetta instead (down near Gate 1).

I feel for the staff working hard to serve an endless line of customers, but vending machine coffee is more palatable than what I was served. The pumpkin falafel wrap was almost inedible. You expect airport prices but ...

Staff were friendly, they have good muffins here. But Christ…the audacity to charge $10.90 for a few slices of fruit and call it a fruit salad. I know it’s airport pricing but this is on a whole other level
