I had such a great experience with Jack and his team today! Prompt response time! Efficiently over delivered by informing me of some unsatisfactory prior work completed. Installed the power supply I needed quickly and without interfering with my business operation. I will definitely be using these guys again!

I paid upfront for two aircon units to be installed in Oct 2022.One unit was half installed and the other not even touched. A couple delay tactics for the weeks after but can't be contacted since. Have tried calling, messaging the Facebook page and txts to no avail. Now in Feb 23 I still can't get a response despite them clearly responding to new quotes. They have left us having to recover the money through QCAT.I would certainly warn anyone handing over any money before the job is complete.

We had Jack install air conditioning and one unit has been faulty since July. We have had it inspected under warranty and the fault is due to installation issues. We cannot get Jack to fix it, and he’s not communicating with us anymore. Very poor service and completely lacking in customer care. It looks as if we will have to get someone else in and try to recover costs.

We have contacted several companies to organise the installation of our new oven and some wouldn’t even show up. I spoke to Jack on the weekend and by Tuesday it was done. Jack was able to fix our downlights that were not working aswell.Can finally use our kitchen with all our lights working. So grateful, for the professional and reliable work completed.

Jack was efficient, courteous, tidy and his rates are reasonable - all key factors required for a successful business to survive. I have booked him for 2 jobs this month and on both occasions I received text messages including a tracking app to ensure I knew exactly what time he would be arriving. Highly recommended.
