Apex Park
Has a nice playground, bbq area and a walking path, with ample parking and opposite the beach.

A lovely little park with a half court basketball court. A short little walking track around the trees full of fruit bags that were in mating season. Just across the road from the beach. It's a good option to play some hoops of the water park hoop is busy.

Apex Park
A small Park with good play equipment barbecues and facilities a new sealed surface has just been put on the carpark. Be aware it is beside a creek and across a busy road from a large flying fox colony.

It's a mc Donalds... (At its best??? Not a best McDonald's!) Service is about 1 star! Food might be a 3 star sometimes! Though I do have to admit it is between 4 and 5 star for cleanliness...

Opposite the beach set back off the road with good parking in the service road in front. The park is amongst fig trees an is well sheltered from the sun. There is a small walking track around the park that allows to see the local al flying fox community. The seatting is undercover which could hold about 20 people with 3 hot plates There is a toilet block that would cater for all.The play ground is climbing oriented but closed to the public certain times of the year due to the flying foxes breeding cycle .It boarders the TooanTooan creek, which on low tide you'll see an array of fish from the bridge if you look long enough. At high tide the water covers the base of the mangroves, were you'll see the road fish doing there work.

Quite adequate, toilets could do with a facelift. Facilities for cooking and eating were good.

Beautiful spot! Clear water when we went, doesn't get too rough, no waves. At low tide it's very shallow and you can walk out for ages, eventually just on sand.Seats, outdoor showers and stairs down to the beach.Plenty of road parking.
