Ballarat Boarding Kennels & Cattery

Don't bother if you have a mastiff breed dog. The owner is vehement that they are dangerous. I heard him explaining to a potential client why he wouldn't accept them. I disagree but said nothing. I can't comment on the care they provide, but on first approach they seemed pretty good. They asked to meet my dogs & for their vax records to be sent over. All seemed good with that I sent a copy of paperwork over & have heard nothing back. I have left messages but no response. I suspect the owner has since changed his mind on our dogs but is unwilling to tell me in person. I find this a particularly rude approach to business.

My 2 dogs had to have a long stay till i found a house, which we have, the owners and staff were really wonderful and our fur babies were happy and loved and warm. Lol . The dogs will be staying again when we have to go away for work . We know they will be well cared for..

First time our Miniature Schnauzer has been in any type of kennel or day care. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our furbaby had a great time playing with other sociable dogs in the pen. Gave us great piece of mind & he was worn out.... Thank you Colin!

Our Jasper dog jumps out of the car wagging his tail when he arrives at Ballarat Boarding Kennels. He is greeted with glee by the owners and staff, and comes home happy and well cared for. Heated kennels are available. This is our preferred Ballarat kennel.

Thanks so much to Colin & Sharon, the new owners for looking after our dog/furbaby Tillie for 9 days.Picked her up today , she is happy , healthy and she smells beautiful and is all nice and clean from having a hydro bath.We appreciate the care and service you have provided , giving us peace of mind that she is thoroughly looked after , when we go away.Can thoroughly recommend your Kennels and we will be back.Thank you

My Bo and Maggie stayed here a month ago as a trial for two days and loved it. They have heated and non heated kennels, as well as a catery. Chris and Colin were both very amazing to deal with and are currently looking over our munchkins again. I would personally like to Thank Chris for setting up two nights for them to stay and helping ease my anxiety with the whole situation. Highly recommend.

Our dog Kirk is a regular, he loves the people and always comes home happy and exhausted. They will take good care of your furry friend here!

Our Miniature Schnauzer, Billy was looked after so well. He played with a few other puppers that were so sociable. While we had a day out. We knew he was safe and the staff are SO friendly!
