Kudos to the owner for hiring and raising such great staff! Clearly the manager Gavin cares more than most about his job because his customer service skills are second to none! Rachael is always great for a chat with her crazy humour! They regularly have stupid prices to the point I really must stop going, just can't help myself!

Bought a Ryobi High Impact RIWH18X from Cash City.It was in exceptional condition and they even did a better price than advertised.Very happy with the service and they even have a shop parrot/mascot ...Highly recommend them ...

Wont go there again even when i see cheap/bargain ads about this shop.trying to get tools make a phone call they say cant hold the item. So whats the point putting phone number on ads and expect people to call then? Going there and they say it sold. Maybe only try to get more traffic into the shop or what? Disappointed. Dont bother put phone number if you dont want to be called/hold item for buyer.

Went here to get my Xbox out an the female worker said that someone already picked it up which was weird because we didn’t pick it up, then later that day she says she made a mistake and said that the Xbox was still there, the female worker and young male worker are really rude and not helpful, would not come to this shop again.

NOT RELIABLECalled up first thing in the morning when they just opened and inquired about a phone, they advised it is available. So I asked to put my name on it to hold and will pick up in couple hours after work. They accepted to holdA bit later, a staff called back and advised someone else walked in and asked about the same phone so they sold it to that personDon’t think that’s you should do business
