Mary is the most knowledgeable pharmacist and extremely helpful with any query. She has many years experience and is very practical. She even makes her own nappy rash cream that people come for miles around to buy as it totally works. I don’t even live in Castlecrag but travel to her chemist if I need anything or and questions answered knowledgeably and sensibly. Well worth the visit.

Had a prescription filled today and feel really ripped off. One packet of tablets cost 4x more than the price of the same generic brand at the discount chemists. I thought I'd support a local business but this is shameless price gouging and for a monthly prescription, I certainly can't afford to shop there again.

Went with a prescription for one item. Pharmacy was empty so I thought I’d be out real soon. Instead waited while Mary ranted about the problem she was having with her computer to the assistant. When I asked if it was ok for me to get my item which the asst had in her hand ready, I was yelled at and told to wait! Everyone laughs off this person’s weird ways, but not when she’s downright rude and obnoxious! Too many options to take her behaviour lying down! Sorry Mary but you should learn to respect people
