I've been working with CJM Lawyers as a Mortgage Broker for a few years now and have always been impressed by them and would gladly recommend them.However, today my already high expectations were blown out of the water when Jason Yang delivered the most outstanding work efforts I have ever seen to make a settlement from Mortgage Docs to Settlement in less than 5 hours.These guys are incredible, give them a shot.

Jason was extraordinary in dealing with my property sales. Selling my foreign property wasn't easy, especially when meeting the demands by various agencies that include bank and seller's solicitors. What defines him from the rest is his experience in handling the situation amicably, providing sound advises with rapid responses, giving me the assurance that every step is monitored meticulously and executed to my entire satisfaction. The sell was a breeze with Jason.Thanks Jason, appreciate the efforts, given the short timeline for execution.

Deborah has been our guiding hand in several property transactions in the last year or so, she has made the whole process so much easier and less stressful! We have also had tremendous support from Shannon at CJM in relation to a developer sunset clause debacle and again he and the team were there for us and provided the information and support to guide us through our options and final decisions! Christine did the conveyancing for our home purchase in March and it was the worst experienced we've ever had in all our years of purchasing and selling properties. Whilst she did appeared to be proactive at the start, she was not very efficient at responding to emails. All our emails to her asking for confirmation/clarification went into a black hole and we never got any responses. This resulted in us having to constantly chased up with phone calls.All our finance was pre-approved at least 1 month before settlement but it wasn't until Friday 2/4 that Christine had advised us where to send the remaining funds for settlement. We were due to settled on the 6/4 after the Easter long weekend. If we had listened to Christine and just transferred the money via EFT, it would definitely NOT have reached the Trust Account on time for settlement. We ended up having to get the bank to do a transfer at our own cost.Settlement did not occurred on 6/4 which left the owners very angry. Whilst there may have been some problems with the computer systems at the State Revenue Office, Christine did not give us any confidence that she was on top of the issue.Overall, it has been a stressful and frustrating experience when it should have been smooth sailing.

Katie Kasorawale from CJM Lawyers was absolutely wonderful. Katie was very friendly and helpful in everyway in helping getting the right documents for the success of our sale. Katie was very responsive through emails and calls. I would highly recommend Katie Kasorawale and this firm to anyone. Katie Kasorawale deserves 5 stars all the way.

Deborah Robins was amazing from start to finish getting us in to our first home! She is extremely professional while also being very personable. Deborah made us feel very safe and valued what we had to say, she went above and beyond for us when any issues occurred minor or big! From the bottoms of our hearts we are so great full for having Deborah working for us! She truely is amazing! A great asset to your team!!

So excited to use this firm for debt collection of a large debt owed to me. That excitement Turned to bitter tears when CMJ failed to do anything, quick to take money, then fail to take action, 2 years of failure to perform, then take their own clients to court seeking outrageous costs judgment , losing their own case. be very careful of a firm that attempts to sue their own clients
