Went to shop. Told I need wife for access to account. Get wife come back to shop. Told it will be a half hr wait. Go away for half hr, come back. Told 15-20m wait again all the while they have new customers being served that werent there earlier. You can jam ur shop up ur #$$. I don't like running around all day just to be shafted by ur incompetent staff. Online shopping here I come.

My grandmother had an emergency with her husband and was waiting for a call from Brisbane hospital, but phone was damaged and John very very kindly not only sold her a phone, but got another colleague to transfer data across so she could receive the emergency call. Great service with very helpful, caring staff. Highly recommend. Thank you for looking after her.

Fantastic service fromMitch and John! Helped us out so much! tough industry to work in but these guys did such a good job and were so flexible with helping us out.Mitch in particular is an absolute credit to Telstra, the customer service we received from him after he was so understanding about our situation was top notch (best we have ever received- thanks Mitch) and then to John being so willing to see us after such a busy day. This role wouldn’t be easy but these guys are awesome. Thanks again guys I hope you receive the recognition you deserve!

absolutely disgraceful business terrible service and staff have to go out of local town just to get service completely pathetic and its been like this as long as I can remember and looking at the rest of the reviews looks like it will be unchanged into to the foreseeable future, the owner should be ashamed and look at a different career and the staff should be more interested in making sales then sitting on their personal phones when things are quiet and maybe service walk in's looking to spend money absolute joke of a business from top to bottom

Went in 45 mins before closing to buy a new phone. Was told nobody would be available to help before closing time. How ridiculous that the 2 people taking bookings couldn’t help! Will shop elsewhere.

Came in last week to buy a phone that was on sale. They couldn't process the sale. Told to come in a week later. Phone no longer on sale. Cost me more and another hour drive to town. Not impressed

Very rude man made an appointment but walkins were more important. He was aggressive like a pit bull nothing nice about him also his breath was stinking. Maybe he has a disliking for 75yo people.

Yeah it has a shop front and looks like a shop but fails stupendously at customer service. Have had two dealings with alleged manager dealing with the public is just not in her mannerisms. No understanding whatsoever of her responsibilities. Stay clear.
