Called and made an appointment, turned up for my appointment and was told I must have made an appointment at the wrong place.They refused to do my ultrasound, being severely chronically I’ll that means I cannot get my ultrasound for another month as I am physically not capable of leaving the house very often or for very long.Once home, I called the number in my phone that I called a few days before and heard the recording say the name and location of the imaging place that I was at less than 30 minutes before. I had made the appointment at the right place, it was them that didn’t book the appointment at all

All the staff here are polite, professional and knowledgeable. They make patients feel comfortable, and keep them informed. My only not so great experience was that I text my referral through (as requested), but I had to follow up, so best to ring and make your appointment.It’s a wonderful practice, well done to all at Life Imaging Bateau Bay. “NUP NUP” that is the response we got aggressively by the receptionist from this place. She was so rude when we simply asked is it bulk billed like the referral stated like my doctor said on the form and her response “NUP NUP!!” Put us on hold for five minutes to tell me the blood pressure monitor needed will be a waits month. She informs us we have to wait a month for blood pressure monitor and this is a private practice! They tried to charge me $130.00! Pfft ! So disgusting. So we called up another more public pathology and was able to get in there next week and guess what it’s free. And I’m not even on a pension just medicare. Thank god I researched because feeling anxious already having ptsd this lady me think twice about not going into the private practice to get my heart checked out which has been having high readings. She was the most un helpful person I have ever heard medically speaking. It also makes me question how many aboriginal people and elderly people are being ripped off by this private practice. Please do your research cheaper, nicer and free options with quicker wait times available else where. Do not go there for you heart ambulatory monitor they will make you wait a month charge you 130 dollars treat you with disrespectful manners on the phone call trying to make the appointment for a serious medical condition requiring attention not in a month. Ridiculous who do you think you a private hospital! ? Do your research community.
