Garfield Childcare Centre

An excellent child care centre with lot of space for the kids to play around. They have 3 different categories for children in different age group and appropriate educators and staff for each categories.We have our baby and school going child in Garfield's OOSH club who were taken good care in this centre.Educators and staffs are very much capable, professional, humble and responsive to children and parent needs from time to time, and they don't tire to answer our queries with a smile face always. Lot of play activities, dance and innovative ways to keep the children minds active are very much appreciated.Centre management staffs (Ms.Mala & Ms.Heather) are very responsive, aligned with standards and operations excellence, and support the children and parents with all queries and needs. They listen and assist the parents in all possible ways from time to time which is very much what a parent needs.I highly recommend this centre. :)

Garfield Day Cary is one of the best in Wentworthville. My younger child attended the day care from 2019 to 2021. The teachers are fantastic and children's will learn life lessons so that they can build their future. Overall I am happy with outcome of my child. Thank you very much Garfield Day Care folks and all the very best.

I visited this childcare for inspection and other childcare centres for my kid as we recently moved to Wentworthville.Firstly, it's a massive centre with ample space, kids won't feel congested like most centres, there is enough flow of natural light, and the play area is clean and safeguarded sufficiently. Plus, they have been in this business for a long time, and they have a dedicated building for OOSH.The centre doesn't have a scarcity of resources, and I noticed they don't hold back on anything.Out of all the centres I visited, this was the only one which didn't ask me to provide nappies. The owner laughed and said don't worry about it; we will take care of it at no extra cost.It was hard to get a slot initially, but now we got five days. To my surprise, they are not fussy about increasing the deposit amount from what I paid initially for starting with two days which is unheard of in my previous experience with child cares.I can see that the centre has been transforming and upgrading its processes in the last two months, and the only issue I was facing with my direct debit got fixed this week, which prompted me to put this review.Being able to send my kid to this centre makes my life better and more peaceful.Thank you, and I wish you all the best to keep up with the standards and continue to grow and prosper.

Very professional and caring educators, always approachable. Our son has been enrolled at this centre for last 3 years and he is happy to go there every day. When we leave our child at the centre, we never had to worry and always have peace of mind that he would be fine, learn good things and most importantly enjoy. Thanks a lot Miss Mala and teachers for taking good care of him. I would highly recommend Garfield Child Care.

Both my kids go here, and it has been a great journey. Mala and entire team at Garfield, are amazing. Extremely helpful, understanding, and accomodating.My Kids never had any issues. Tutors are attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to any parents looking for a peaceful and safe learning experience for your child.

Amazing and very professional staff. My twins were enrolled at the center and the staff helped one of my twins deal with separation anxiety. The twins quickly adjusted and in fact used to look forward to going to the center. I'm thankful and appreciative of the entire team at Garfield.

Great experience at Garfield Child care!! As working parents, we always find them flexible with change in the days/schedule. In the Pandemic situation and work from home arrangements, staff have been so amazing and helpful. Garfield has also taken very good care of the children. One of the best Childcare centers. Both my children were enrolled and were happy to attend everyday.My elder son was attending a different daycare before and after moving to Garfield we have seen improvement in his behavior and confidence. They conduct excellent family events(Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Diwali) and overall both my kids were happy to attend. Miss Mala and educators are excellent and always available to discuss the progress and day to day activities. Thank you very much for taking care of our kids. I would highly recommend Garfield Childcare Centre.

We had very good experience with Garfield child care. Especially Miss Latha and Miss Naga are amazing. Our kids use to always happily go with them in morning and when we come to pick them up they were always cheerful. Really appreciate the care provided.

*****EDIT: Don't dare ask me to remove my review like you have others, because all I've said is 100% accurate and I will post proof if need be******.I sent my son here for a brief time since january 2023.The director then, Heather, was really nice and was the reason I decided to enrol.I felt confident that my son would be in good hands and she also agreed to help me by allowing me to pay off the crazy bond of almost $1000 (a bond of this size is unheard of in western suburbs of sydney, the owner also tried to argue this fact with me, yet all 3 other daycares I've used in the area ranged from $150-$250 bond max)I then started to receive phone calls from the male owner of the childcare saying that I cant pay it off etc and he made me feel really bad about myself like as if im the only one who doesnt have that kind of money laying around.By this time I had already paid a third off.He was calling me sometimes at 7:30pm at night.He was super unprofessional and told me that he himself fired Heather for things like this and it's simply none of my business.Heather was a director.That means you as an owner are suppose to trust her to make her own decisions regarding helping parents out.I had to argue with the owner to keep the agreement with the bond standing.So after Heather sadly was gone, her lovely assistant Mala had to do everything in her absence.And I'd make a bet that she was probably never given a payrise for it either!The staff there were all nice and my son was happy there.But the owner only cares about money and his unprofessional attitude and ways of running the centre is why I pulled my son out.Miss Mala deserves a much better position at a centre that rewards her hard work and dedication.Miss Heather also deserves the same and I hope all the staff will realise they deserve better than to be employed by this kind of owner.
