Developed and scanned some 35mm roles for me and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier with the results and definitely found the place that I’ll be taking all of future film. Developed, scanned and delivered within a week.

I’ve been having 35mm film developed and photos printed at Kent Street Studio for years. They do the highest quality processing of 35mm film in Sydney. They have always done a professional job and gone above and beyond to make sure my prints are done to the highest standard. Fair prices and exceptional quality printing to A1 size. Tracey is very helpful and will give you a run through of all the papers available.Slightly more difficult now it’s not based out of the city but the staff at Digital Camera Warehouse are always passionate and helpful.

Super decent team/store - when I arrived in Sydney I needed a bunch of 35mm rolls developed and they provided very quickly. Super impressed with the quality and just all round decent team. they know their stuff

I had previously been very happy with work done at Kent Street Studio, including film development, scanning, and fine art printing. The results were of high quality and customer service excellent. Unfortunately my recent experience has been very disappointing. No one has answered the phone when I've tried calling several times, a message left with staff at Digital Camera Warehouse has not been followed up, my email was not replied to for several weeks, and now nearly a month later with no prints forthcoming or satisfactory return contact made I have decided to try a different print store. I'm not sure if my recent experience was a once-off, or has something to do with the recent amalgamation with DCW, but I would advise customers to exercise a degree of caution of they expect the previous high standards of customer service associated wit the original Kent Street Studio.

Staff are unprofessional, I had to wait 10 minutes for their poorly organised film collection system, they ruined one of my rolls of film I was only credited $5 which doesn't cover the cost of the development yet alone the memories. I have been here roughly 10 times to get film developed every time I have had at a minimum 2 days wait times and the quality of their post processing is very hit and miss. They do have a really nice scanner but it doesn't make up for the lack of service and unprofessionally, I will not be returning.
