I recently had my beloved Hilux Ute worked on by Silhouette car body shop. This was the recommendation made by my insurance company Shannons. It would be an under statement to say I was happy with the work, I was absolutely satisfied with every aspect of the work carried out. From the moment I walked into the establishment to the day I was called to say my Hilux was ready for pick up I was treated so very well. Professional, honest and to top it off a few good belly laughs with the owner, John. I can comfortably recommend Silhouette for anyone looking for excellent work to be carried out on their pride and joy. Thank you ladies and gentlemen at Silhoutte.

John the owner is the nicest guy you'll ever meet.Came in with some scratched paint on the flare of my Jeep, he took the time to show me how to repair it myself and gave me a bottle of touch up paint for free. Wouldn't accept a penny for the work!Competitor next door quoted $500 for the job.THANK YOU JOHN - super super nice and honest guy!

A family business that gave me impeccable, professional service on the accident repair for my vehicle which has aluminium panelling and some parts were difficult to obtain due to Covid restrictions. Accidents do happen and that’s the reason we need to have Car Insurance.Unfortunately, I had an accident and my Insurer was persuading me to use one of their preferred repairers to repair my car. With my Insurance policy I had the option of getting my car fixed at any repairer, I instead chose Silhouette Smash Repairs because of the outstanding and positive feedback from colleagues, friends and most importantly word of mouth. I was met by Mr John Serci and his brother Luciano Serci, both Directors of the Business. I was treated respectfully and John explained the damage to my car, (front end/my fault) and the process involved in restoring the car to a superior finish. John informed me that the repairs to the car would be finished in a week’s time. Today I picked up my car and was totally blown away with the outstanding and superior panel beating repairs to my car. He also professionally cleaned the car at no extra charge.On my initial visit to the premises I noticed a large number of very expensive and exclusive vehicles being repaired.I will definitely be informing family, friends and work colleagues about this outstanding Smash Repairer in Sydney. I give this business a Five Star rating.

I could not recommend Silhouette Smash Repairs enough!The staff members are great especially Vicky at reception , who was very polite , welcoming and kept us informed as to the progress of my car and Mr Moore Jusufovic who went above and beyond his job to make sure my car was fixed with the best materials and parts. He is a very polite and friendly person and also kept us well informed throughout the whole process, his work is seamless and my car looks brand new. The team at Silhouette Smash Repairs are one of the best I've ever dealt with. Super responsive, friendly, professional, and most importantly, honest.After my car was fully resprayed I spotted an issue with my GPS and they responded to me almost immediately offering to resolve the issue. They ordered additional parts at no extra cost and worked around my schedule.Vicky and George also went above and beyond dealing with my uncooperative insurer despite not normally working with them, and overall I couldn't have asked for better service.

You are insane if you own a VW and you take it anywhere else in Sydney.I had my car previously repaired at another 'VW approved repairer' through my insurer and less than a few years later had significant issues which needed to be properly repaired.Frustrated at the other repairers deflection of the problems and poor quality of work , I found Silhouette through the official VW website and honestly cannot recommend John and his team any higher.They not only helped communicate to my insurer all the faults with the previous repair but did an amazing job on fixing my car which is a VW Sirocco (a rarer model in the Australian market with very few who know what they are actually doing).As I said - You are insane if you own a VW and you take it anywhere else in Sydney.

Absolutely exceptional service and quality of workmanship. WOW! best service ever !I am very impressed with the great customer service and the detailed care that Silhouette Smash Repairs taken with my repair. The price is very competitive, the turn around time is excellent and they were very transparent and informed about the next step and price every step of the way. I also picked up a freshly washed car this afternoon which is an unexpected surprise so Thank you !The staff are very kind, professional, and helpful.... to be honest this level of service is something usual one finds at Park hyatt or 5 star hotels.
