I’ve been coming here for a few months now for a shoulder injury and I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff on the counter are always very friendly and helpful. I saw Tony as my physiotherapist and not only did he help me tremendously he was also a genuine and knowledgeable gentleman who provided such a holistic approach and made the best of a bad situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good physio. Recently I’ve started exercise physiology with Emily and she has also been great, providing effective strengthening exercises to avoid reoccurrence.

Michael Brennan - hands down the best remedial massage therapist in the area. He’s an ex professional rugby player (he’s strong) and has worked for AFL and NRL teams (he’s technically brilliant). He’s the go-to guy for most Ironman competitors in town, and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be lining up for my 70.3 IM. Terrific person as well. Just book in early as he books out fast!

A highly recommended physio practice. Im a 72 year old woman who had acute lower back/hip/sciatica type pain. Both Harley & Rhiannon correctly diagnosed the problems, gave me instant relief, good explanations & advice on excercises on how to prevent recurrence. I was visiting Port Macquarie for a holiday and found myself in acute pain from a chronic back condition. The girls at the front desk fitted me in on the same day with Paul - a highly experienced practitioner. So kind, professional and excellent with his service. Kept the exercises super simple. I am pain free today and have started to enjoy my holiday ! Thanks Paul !
