Absolutely disgusting service, don't expect to go back for adjustments as he gets angry, expecting that you just need to suck it up! Now gone to another dental tech to be told that dentures are poorly made.Don't believe this review ..go ahead and see for yourself. If you have money to waste.

I found Dr Privitelli helpful. He made and realigned my dentures several times as my gums receded over the last 20yrs and still going.He also had the foresight to allow for several extra teeth to be placed in the denture as i lost them over the years .

We were recommended by a close friend to visit Robert after he had made her new dentures which looked beautiful. Our mum who was 88 needed a new set so we took her there for a consultation. We were so impressed by his professionalism and kindness we opted immediately to have the work done. She was not disappointed. The new set looked wonderful and she had no sore spots that needed adjusting. I myself have just had Robert make me a new set ( full upper and partial lower) I cannot be more pleased both with the natural look and feel. I had some minor adjusting on the lower plate (which is not unusual) and because I was going away he fitted me into his busy clinic very quickly. My family and I highly recommend Robert

If any one has ever had denture for most of your life you would know how hard it is to find a great dental technician.I have had dentures from the age of 18 and now l am 76. Finally l have found Robert and l would like to thank him and his staff for giving me the best set of teeth l've ever had and my smile is fantastic.Highly recommended.Raymond Thompson.

I have to say not impressed at all. Yesterday l rang Dr Robert privitelli to ask to fix my dads dentures who is 90 years old . Last Tuesday dad had his dentures fixed as he had a tooth pulled out the week before So Dr Robert fixed the dentures which l was great full for but a week and a half later dads pain was still there with the fixed dentures. I again l had to purée but the pain was to much so when l spoke to Dr Robert to advise he said nothing he can do as he was in lockdown and what did l want from him... To FIX it as it was the same lockdown as the previous week.. l told him dads in a lot of pain.He again said he can’t do anything the conversation was repeated about 4 times just going around in circles. I told him my dads in a lot of pain. I rang another 5 denture places and they all said he must fix it.At my wits end l rang the dentist who saw us ASAP he said there’s a big ulcer which the dentures where rubbing and infected.. l wouldn’t recommend or go back.. very disappointed
