Really disappointing experience, food was at best average but the real issue was how dirty the place was. The floor was sticky as were the tables. Luckily I had a wipe with me to clean off the table and it showed how dirty it was. We could see into the kitchen and there was rubbish just left on the floor. Bins were also over flowing.Really need to pick up their game.

Awful experience. Ordered online, went to pick up at 6.15 didn’t get my food until 7. As k multiple times to staff that were rude. Eventually got my food and ate in my car cause I was so hungry but it was stone cold and I had to throw away. If you can’t run your online ordering system properly then don,t do it at all. On top of that my friend ordered a burrito and got severe food poisoning. Not good.

Used the app to order for a specific time pick up and ended up waiting over an hour.. walk-ins were being prepared heaps faster than set time pick up online orders! I wasn’t the only online order that was left waiting while walk in orders got serviced. Absolutely terrible management, will never use this restaurant again due to the poor decisions clearly made by staff for not managing their time and order correctly! Absolutely appalling!

Very hard to beat Guzman y Gomez if you are after Mexican food. I can't get enough of the food. Especially the enchiladas. Service is friendly and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.Would highly recommend

Good Mexican Food. Lots of dine in space and parking spots available. Loved the orange flavoured drink “Jarritos”. Fries was superb with the spicy seasoning.

Stopped in due to starvation. Have been here before, so know it's good. Bit busy for 2:45pm on a Sunday afternoon. Was waiting for our meal for over 20minutes, while other people who ordered after us were served before us. Weird system. Also, I bit more exxy than last time.

I have found recently the staff are very rude in this store.When I pay a surcharge on a PH I at least expect the cashier to say hello and thank you. It was clearly obvious the young guy hates his job and clearly did not want to be there let alone serve customers.Food has been very mediocre recently - very disappointing to what started out as really good food. Interesting none of the staff are wearing gloves when handling food, each time I have been through the Drive thru not one person has gloves on - hope they have washed their hands at some point during the shiftI would have given no stars if I could.
