If I could give zero stars to this business, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to be forced to endure. Avoid these people at all costs, especially those in Archerfield (Brisbane).

Can never get ahold of them. Always misinformed

If you are located on the Gold Coast do not use these pople - use the alternative. Extremely unhelpful call centre based staff in Melbourne that provide poor instructions and when challenged are rude. The installer on the Gold Coast hardly speaks English and cannot be understood so when you ask him to speak slowly and succinctly he gets annoyed and yells at you. The installation factory looks like a dodgy unprofessional outfit and is located literally at world's end so the regular monthly services end up costing you more as you battle through impossible traffic to get to the end of the earth. Truly Queensland Transport needs to get rid of these people as a preferred supplier - Guardian systems are the preferred option - professional courteous helpful and centrally located. Stay away from this crowd whatever you do - in the long run you will be far better off.

If you are around Brisbane region do not ever use these guys. They are extremely rude and do an absolutely dodgy job. They only have one or two inexperienced guys working there who learn on your car.

Fantastic installer, Cameron was really helpful and the process was made easy (for me) installing a Vic interlock. Although when having to wait for 2+ hours, and not allowing customers to use there toilet and no access to any public toilets in the area... luckily the neighbours where more welcoming!

Biggest shutout to my technician Troy who always went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly. Always professional, helpful and patient. No wonder he got promoted, I wish him further professional and personal successes.

Worst customer service I think I have ever received and is still ongoing, if only they would return an email or phone call!Ordered an interlock in January which didn’t get installed as the mechanics could locate it. After a few months was returned to Draegar unopened. Draegar then had to check the unit. Then lost it in their system, found it again and now 9 months later, a month after giving my bank details still waiting for a refund. And now they don’t return emails or phone calls.

Stop. Sending. Me. Messages.Leave me alone please.

Has been no problems till now about to be locked out as I can’t get unit serviced. Archerfield has no technician. The retail outlet I have been refereed to first has no technician (the person who plugs your handset into a laptop). The second place I booked in and when I arrived I was informed that he needs to update his software but his password doesn’t work. Drager have assisted by telling me about the places available. For some one who lives a stones throw from a capital city I can’t fathom driving 1-2 hrs to get a court ordered direction followed. Appalled actually.
