Totally lazy service!you can’t get a salad roll after 12:00 because the lazy girls don’t want to make it.after waiting in the shop for pathetic service to be told you cant have a sandwich because they’ve had to shut it down due to low stock,when it is clear as day in front of you and fully stocked!as a local,I’ve had it with this place,certainly won’t be back and will be spreading the word.

When you order a birthday cake and it's not ready and the owner couldn't give a rats....very annoying. Not the first time but will be the last time for me that's for sure.

Don’t bother getting the jam and cream doughnuts as always very dry.Neenish tarts were fine in the past but today there was no cream filling with the jam and instead was what looked to be a scrape of icing instead.Staff are rarely friendly or look happy. Overall disappointing!

We ordered a vanilla sponge cake with cream and chocolate icing, with a beautifully written Happy Birthday message. The sponge cake was really nice and soft with the perfect amount of cream and icing. It was delicious, everyone loved it. It also was well priced, and I’ll definitely be going back again for the next birthday cake. Highly recommend.

I was waiting very patiently for quite a while to be acknowledged at the counter. When a staff member finally came to serve me, they asked, What do you want?" No friendly welcome and they did not seem very grateful for my support
