Absolutely disgusting! I was charged over the marked price of an item and the girls at the counter were not able to refund me the difference of the money ally has now effectively STOLEN from me. I was told that it was too bad that I would have to come back when somebody who knew what they were doing could help. If only I could give a zero star review.

I bought a beautiful jumper from Ally Fashion. I wore it for half an hour ¬iced that it was shedding. My corduroy jeans were full of threads. I removed the jumper & took it back to Ally Fashion. I was so unprepared for the treatment I received. The shop assistant was rude & treated me like I was a criminal. She asked me if I had washed the jumper. I responded with a no, as I hadn’t. The shop assistant said I had & that the tags had been removed. I told her that I hadn’t washed it & said the tags were off as I was going to wear the jumper to work.The issue has now been taken to the Department of fair trading. So be very careful with (what you buy at Ally’s as they are ever so friendly when you buy from them but soon show their true colours if anything needs to be returned.

REMOVED their 1.9 star rating on Facebook because they steal.WORST EXPERIANCE EVERPlaced an order in early December. After multiple phone calls and emails that went unanswered I was FINALLY able to talk to someone today. I was missing $85 worth of items and only received 2 items. I had tried to reach out to them multiple times in the last 3 months and they told me I was basically lying and because it's gone so long it's simply too bad. So I lost $85 because over 3 months they would not return my phone calls like they promised they would. I can't believe a company can do this and have ZERO remorse. I did everything they asked and because they are incompetent and cannot return phone calls I lost that money. Not happy. Will never be back

My 15 year daughter purchased a pair of jeans from Ally Fashion for $45 in the last 6 to 4 weeks. On wearing them the first time the jeans frayed from a major seam. I went into the chermside store to get some assistance and the customer service was appalling. Obviously the tags had been removed and the item worn and no I hadn’t washed the item to create further damage. I would expect that a faulty product would be replaced.But I was told because the item had been worn and the tags removed it’s not their problem.I then contacted the head office, only to be treated extremely poorly as well. I have since sent and received about 20 emails asking the same questions. My daughter wore the jeans they frayed from the major seam on first wear. Yes the tags and receipt have been disposed of. This is not a change of mind it is a faulty product. I would expect when you pay $45 for a pair of jeans they would last at least a season. I am not after a refund just a replacement of the item.BUYER BEWARE OF THE POOR QUALITY FOR MONEY AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS STORE.THEY SELL CHEAP PRODUCTS AT INFLATED PRICES.

I ordered the Rainbow Knit Jumper. It claimed to be 95% cotton on the website and jumper label. When it arrived the jumper was infact acrylic/polyester. I tested the fibres of the garment - they melted into plastic. Although I contacted customer support at Ally Fashion, the issue is unresolved.

Very disappointed in service. I tried on two skirts the same but different sizes. I accidently purchased the one that didnt fit and handed back the one that did fit to the sales staff.I got home (an hour drive away) and realised I had grabbed the wrong one.I called the store the following morning as the store had closed by the time I got home.The staff member said we dont do refunds on item on sale but there wouldn't be an issue because it was a straight swap for the other size.She said she will put it behind the counter with my name on it to swap.When I purchased the skirt I refused their store plastic bag and the staff took my items out and have them to me which I popped into my own bag.When I got home I never found a reciept in my bag.I drove for 2hr round trip this morning with my 3 young sons. Staff refused to change the skirt for the correct size, because I did not have a receipt. It was the same girls who assisted me on day 1. The same staff who took my phone call. The staff even remembered me. But no. They still refused to change the skirt.I tried to call their head office but there phone promps do not work.Very very dissatisfied, terrible customer service.

Placed a online order. Missing for 3 weeks. Sent 4 emails and 5 messages via Facebook. No reply. Can see message have been read on Facebook.Finally go to pick up my order.Received 1 T-shirt with a mark down sticker on tag, all crinkled, not in plastic or folded just thrown in the bag with PEN MARKS all over it.Received 1 dress. Ordered a size 8 received a size 6.Call customer service and all they can offer is for me to go to my nearest store for a refund or exchange.Sorry, but I am not going out of my way for your mistake here.I have ordered 3 times online with ally and each time has been a terrible experience. The online customer service can’t be commented on because there is NONE! You won’t get a response from any of them and then the customer service you get in store is just the same. I get better customer service in my 4 year old nieces pretend supermarket.I’m actually disappointed, not because of a stuff up yet again but because most of my wardrobe is ally, and now I have been left with no choice but to not shop here any more because I am just over the experience of being mislead, and my money being taken but them NEVER being able to deliver in a reasonable time frame and the items being in a good, brand new condition. I can’t even get the correct size posted to me!!!Really. Ally.My emails are still being ignored. I have 2 items I can’t wear. And you have my money.Thanks a lot.

I bought 2 tops and when I went to exchange them, they said it was past the exchange date (which is a month, apparently) The tops were not worn and still had the tags on, but Claire, the assistant said I needed the receipt. Is it not proof enough that the tags were still on? I said, now I have 2 items that I can't wear, she said rudely, there's nothing she can do and call head office they'll tell you the same thing.It is disappointing because I buy most of my clothes at Ally. Not a happy shopper!This was at Gladstone branch.

Purchased my daughter an item but seriously sizing so not right and didn’t fit. I retuned it to advise i wanted refund but they were not able to refund- I tried to explain Australian consumer law allows you to get a refund not a credit- next stop hq with an email.'

I will probably NEVER order from Ally Fashion online again ! I ordered a dress on Monday thinking yep sweet it will be here by Wednesday the latest considering I paid an extra $15 for Express Shipping. Have heard nothing via email since... apart from the standard your order has been received email. It is now Wednesday and still nothing. So I decided to phone. After being on hold for 10 minutes of it just continually ringing i decided to try again this time selecting a different option. Woo and after 5 minutes of constant ringing someone answers to then tell me there is a 3 day handling process... Sorry what !! Why would I pay the extra $15 for express post to still have to wait around a week to get my item ! Every other online store will post it either on the day you order it or next business day if you order after 11am.... So now I just have to hope it gets posted tomorrow so I received it Friday in time for Saturday when i want to wear the goddamn item!!!!
