Deepika assisted me with my passport application. She was really helpful and helped me in every possible way. I have to say she set herself as an example of good customer service. When the system went offline, she promptly called me and resumed the application process. We should have more people like her.

Why are Australia Post doing passport applications?All this does is hold up everyone else trying to send or collect mail items.Taking passport photos with a hand held camera used by a staff member who had five goes before she got a satisfactory photo.Passport applications should be the job of Service NSW as they are already set up to do photos for driver's licence and other photo ID cards.Go back to your primary business role Australia Post, an understaffed three counter post office with only two staff on duty during a peak period is not the place for passport applications.

I always heard about riverstone post office bad customer service.First time I went in there to collect my parcel and I saw what i Always heard about them I think staff needs customer service retraining and needs reminding they are their to serve politely and with curtsey.

Don't go here for your passport photos or application. I went here 3 times with professional pics from office work.When I queried them, what's wrong, no clear answer. They said passport photos are not good and sent me to Camera House Rouse Hill, I went there and got clicked those, but they still didn't accept the infant photo from there. I went to other post offices in Rouse Hill, and they didn't find any issues with our photos ( all the three sets to my belief). What a waste of money and time. They will push you to take photos from them so that they can rip you off. Shame on this local business,DON'T GO HERE FOR PASSPORT APPLICATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME!

The staff at Rivo Post office are very friendly and have never disappointed me. Today had been to apply for my australian passport and 'Lalita Sharma' helped me out. She was not only fast but efficient as well. Had never seen anyone so sensible, fast, efficient and customer focussed and polite as well. Congrajulate her on being so easy to deal with and being the best at job.Good luck! and Thanks....

Very bad experience. I will never suggest anyone to go there. I went for a month old kid’s passport application. Even though every document is proper, sent me back couple of times. Where as the same application taken by other Australian post.

Just got rejected for my passport application at a 430pm. Lady was very unhelpful and couldn’t explain to me why. She seem new as I usually get good service here.

Long lines and jam packed all the time. Good luck if you have to wait. However, their service is very reliable.

Staff service was good. They work fast and efficiently during my visit. I have read many review which were bad but frankly I haven’t faced any kind of issue rest next time I will again visit. Overall experience was good. I recommend this place

I haven’t been there much, this is third time when I go for pick up my parcel.. it take so long I have to wait because they don’t organise properly and didn’t find the parcel very quick.. same thing happens with me before two time.
