The young girls behind the counter need some training in customer service , because at the moment it is non existent. How hard is it to greet the customers as they walk in ?Management need to address this if they want their business to thrive - or get people that actually want to be there .

I have been an at least twice a week regular customer to this business for two years. Never have I been asked my name, or had any recognition and this is the third time that my tobacco order has been fkd up.Today was the last straw and I will NEVER return there again. Again you don't listen or don't care. I'm sorry to have interrupted you Sue.To have to ask to be served is one thing - apparently sorting magazines is far more important than three people waiting for service.And I came to you over the IGA because I thought it would be better service, more fools me!!THERE ARE MUCH BETTER LOTTO SHOPS TO GO TO ON THE COAST!
