We stopped here for lunch. A nice place and the buildings around it are beautifully preserved. Looks a bit like a movie set.

Beautiful square and park in the centre of town. The park really gives you a feel for the money that was injected into the economy back when gold was discovered, as there are many historical and interesting buildings on the fringe of the park, such as the court house and the town hall. The fountain is a special little piece

Beautiful park in middle of delightful heritage buildings greets us as we drive in from Orange. Very well maintained (including toilets). We bought lunch at the Round Bakery overlooking the park and ate our meal in the rotunda. Lovely fountain..

Very nice park. Western side of the park includes the local war memorial. The park is well maintained close to a cafe/ bakery and also has toilets. Great place to stop for a rest and let the kids run around or have a coffee.

A lovely park in beautiful Forbes, always we'll kept, plenty of seating and some tables for a picnic. A credit to the council for such beautiful gardens, always looking good. Really recommend buying a pie at the roundabout bakery over the road and eating it in the park. Toilets are usually clean.
