From the time I contacted Ash I knew that it would be a good experience. He answered all my many questions and offered me alternatives which in the long run has worked out perfectly. He could have sold me a dearer option but I appreciated his honesty and will be happy to recommend to The Fitness Shop to anyone looking for great advice, service, delivery and installation. All handled very professionally. Keep it up.

I thought a five star review would help these guys out but it appears that everyone is as happy as I am.We bought a GR3 spin bike from them which is a good bike. Had a small issue with it and they their service and attention was outstanding. Thanks to Ash, who made the whole process a pleasure.I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased the Inspire FT2 from The Fitness Shop, Ash was very helpful leading to an easy transaction. We're very happy with the equipment, assembly was time consuming but the parts set out and assembly manual were the best I've encountered. I have no hesitation in recommending the equipment or shop to anyone considering a high quality home gym.

Really happy I chose to set up my new home gym with The Fitness Shop. Very welcoming, professional and respectful people. Ash was terrific to deal with, nothing was a problem or too hard. They quoted and designed the gym the same day we met them. Price was very good value and installation was fast. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely awesome experience with the team at The Fitness Shop. I can't speak highly enough of the knowledge, sales approach and not to mention the great deal they worked out for me on some high end equipment. Great follow-up but never pushy. Ash really knows his stuff and is always happy to share some great PT advice. These guys were not a local supplier for me but I traveled the extra distance to shop with them as they were prepared to go the extra distance" for me. Please support this business

Two people made the experience smooth and enjoyable.Tracey in sales, she helped when I messed up my delivery details and took the stress out of it.Ash in the warehouse, he bent over backward to get my order delivered on an afternoon I had off (work as a vet) and it was very appreciated as it would have been a couple weeks until I could have otherwise got the gear.I would highly recommend The fitness shop, you won't regret the service

Disappointing experience. The staff seemed only interested in making a sale. I left with nothing!!!Follow-up: what an odd response to feedback. Should I be happy you’re a destination store and that everyone who visits makes a purchase? And apologise for not purchasing something or being memorable? Kinda hammers home my point about focussing on sales..

We had an excellent experience at The Fitness Shop, Ash was extremely helpful considering we are amateur fitness types. We went in having a good idea of what we wanted to spend and come out with, Ash tailored the equipment to fit our budget and needs and we felt really comfortable with the whole transaction. On top of this, the trainer we purchased was not in stock at the time and Ash was generous enough to lend us the floor stock until it arrived. With our gym equipment fully installed by Ash himself, we are now loving it! Couldn't be happier, thanks Ash and Nancy! We will be back to build on our home gym in no time.

I was looking to buy the Horizon GR7 spin bike and had some questions about it’s meters (power, cadence…etc) and it’s Zwift comparability and Ash was very knowledge to give great answers to all of my concerns. I am very happy with the bike and happier with the level of service I received. Very friendly and “willing to take the extra mile”. The service and delivery were just fantastic. Highly recommended.
