The Caravan Guys (Arundel)

The caravan guys did a lot of work to the front of our van after discovering a water leak over the bed. Jarred came out and looked at our van and we discussed what had to be done. A couple of weeks later the van went in to be repaired Jarred had said they have an open door policy so once the problem had been found they invited us to come and have a look at it this was excellent we got to see all the work they had done to find the problem and what was going to be done to repair it… once the job was completed we were blown away at great a job the boys had done.The workmanship was excellent and we had constant contact with them throughout the job.I would highly recommend the caravan guys to anyone that needs some work done they were very thorough and also did a full break service while it was there.Thank you to Jarrad and all who were involved in the repairs to our van and I would not hesitate to go back if the need arises.EXCELLENT JOB WE ARE VERY HAPPY.Adrian and Janelle

Recently put our van in for a service and to get a new oven fitted. A very thorough and professional job was done by the team. A big shoutout to Drew & Emma these guys kept us informed all the way and went out of their way to organise someone to come out and fix our fridge cannot speak more highly of these guys and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Thank you so much guys for helping us with our insurance claim. Totally recommend caravan guys, they are honest, go above and beyond. We got mucked around by another company referred by insurance, put in a quote got excepted then couldn’t book us in. So after 5 months asked insurance to go with someone else so found caravan guys, Emma and Jarrod were so helpful explained everything thoroughly and Jarrod came to our house twice first to inspect then to go over what he found. Submitted to insurance and our caravan has been written off, this wasn’t what we were expecting but none the less if the issues that were found weren’t picked up it may have been worse for us. So in the end caravan guys didn’t get the business of repairing our caravan but they still went above and beyond and kept us in the loop. So thank you again you guys are amazing people. In fact the best service I have come across in along time.

Such a great service. Organised and fitted the perfect awning for my van, completely suited to my needs. Totally professional job on budget and on time. They're all very friendly too which is a bonus. Would highly recommend. I'm now ready to go travelling.

The guys were great! They did a whole list of repairs on my 1970's Franklin Arrow. Really happy with their service, charges were reasonable and affordable and when I needed them to fix up something they were so happy to help.

His industry knowledge and what he passes on is highly commendable.Emma is cherry, delightful and very switched on. Her industry knowledge is incredible and what she doesn't know she will find out for you.I am not sure of the rest of the boys in the workshop's names. I believe it was Steve who did our major repairs. He was very pleasant and very knowledgable and also did an incredible job.The staff even went above and beyond the call of duty to clean and detail the caravan when an independent contract detailer let them down (I believe his services are no longer required).I can not recommend The Caravan Guys enough.
