Staff are wonderful, caring and proactive in connecting with residents. Atmosphere, lounges and bedrooms are lovely and kept very clean with the feeling as a home. A very safe environment of loved ones.

Wonderful care for our nan!Whilst the past few weeks has been challenging given the wider increased number of community covid cases, the team at bankstown terrance provided wonderful care and covid management to our nan.The management is great, they have kept all the other residents safe and staff safe. They answer to all our questions and concerns.
