TT Alterations

Have been using TT for some years now and have never been disappointed. Work is always done well, on time and at a reasonable price.

Really poor customer service and quality. Wanted to get straps on a dress shortened and moved in. Straps were only shortened but not moved in and she did not use the same colour thread as the existing thread so it doesn't look very professional. Even though the shop is supposed to open until 2pm on Saturday, the owner decided to close early. I had previously advised I was picking the dress up on Saturday afternoon but no one was at the shop when I turned up. Luckily I had the owner's number and she came back but I was unable to try the dress on as she didn't let me into the shop and only went in to get the dress. Would definitely recommend going elsewhere for any tailoring job.

I've taken 12 suits of high quality to TT and always been satisfied with the care and attention taken, great work.
