Literally the worst doctors surgery I have ever been to. I attended Dr.Islam and asked him for a referal for physio as my hand has nerve damage. I also explained I was having anxiety and trouble sleeping due to a car accident I was involved in. I explained to him I had work cover to which he said he couldn't help me as he didn't believe my injuries and they were too 'old' for him to consider referring me with my work cover. I ended up leaving the appointment in tears due to feeling not listened to and being told I basically was not going to receive any help. Dr.Islam then called me after the appointment and told me to come back and he would see if there was someone else I could talk to. I advised him I would be going to Adelaide for treatment. Really disappointing that I had to leave in tears for him to take me seriously and even then not help me himself. Will never go back and be making a formal complaint. Do not go here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst doctor - Dr. Nadir Sher (also known as Dr.Beg), and staff i have ever dealt with in my life. Would not give eye contact and could not understand plain english, mumbled behind his mask and when leaning closer to hear him he near pushed me away. Very disrespectful to my other family members (also having appointment). Couldn't understand basic concepts. I'm curious if he is qualified at all, I think someone should verify!? Once paperwork was received, it was all incorrect and had to have everything redone. Never returning to this doctor/surgery again.

I went to Doctors at Westlands and there were three administration staff members working on their computers when I arrived. I went to the front desk expecting to be acknowledged and I was ignored by all three administration staff.They also did this to other patients that approached them at the front desk. This is extremely poor and disrespectful service! These administration staff members are the first and last members of Doctors at Westlands that patients see. Improve your professionalism administration staff!

Just went for a 4:50pm appointment for a Flu Vaccination, arrived at 4:40pm. Had to wait until 5:30pm to see the nurse. Left at 5:35pm. Clearly very bad or no time management shown. Thinking of looking at another practice to go to in the future.

Worst Doctors surgery in the entire town!I moved to another surgery after being accused of being a drug seeker by these doctors after having something go wrong with my hysterectomy.They left me to suffer and since moving to another surgery I have proved that my problem is REAL and I DO need medication until I can be fixed.The so called Doctor's " at westlands are the most unqualified and unprofessional people I have ever met.Do not go here if you want to be cared for!"

If I could give this doctors surgery 0 stars, I would. Absolutely the worst doctors I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Waited over an hour for a 9.10am appointment. The surgery opens at 9am! Thinking it was perhaps a one off, went back a second time and waited for over 2 and a half hours. On top of the outrageous waiting times the reception staff are rude, and more often than not don’t pick up the phone when trying to call. It’s just the worst.

Daughter has tonsilitis, couldn't get through to our regular GP so she contact them. They said they would phone her at 3pm. To talk to her mind you tonsilitis she couldn't speak at all. When I took her up to casualty a phonecall finally came through close to 5pm. And suggested that she either see her regular GP or go to hospital. They refused to see her. Even though had 3 negative C tests and pain was isolated to her throat only. All she needed was script for antibiotics and a sick note for work. Tell me what do you go into medical industry for? Will never recommend even if desperate

Called to make an appointment everyone fully booked for the next day asked about Saturday and they say oh you have to call on the day we should have some slots open you can't pre-book" so I have to hope I manage to get an appointment on Saturday wow called Playford surgery was able to make an appointment for Saturday
