I phoned to see if someone could come out and attend to my collicy horse. The gentleman I spoke to was quite rude. Kept going on about how much it would cost me in travel time and after hours fees. Told me I should try and find someone else first. If I couldn't find anyone then he would come out. Again commented on how much it would cost me and how far away he lived . Asked if I was vaccinated, I replied no, and he quickly told me he cannot come out. You will be treating my horse not me. My family is vaccinated, but again you would be treating my horse. It would have been better for him just to say I don't want to do it" right at the start of the conversation. Obviously doesn't really care about the welfare of someone's horse. Extremely annoyed at how I was spoken to and treated by this man."

Really nice friendly and very professional people.We're going back on Wednesday.

Recently I had 2 horses suffering from severe colic. The prompt response and confident, caring treatment they received from the Vets and nurse at Equus was fantastic. Their expertise in dealing with such emergencies was evident and v welcome when I was feeling very emotional and useless. Highly recommend this practice to any one with horses,

Have been using Equus regularly since the end of 2021 for the horse rescue charity I am part of. They are prompt, knowledgable and do great work. Also one of the few vets who still do after hours callouts. Very happy with the service, including response time for colic and other emergencies.

Great service. Fitted my horse in when they were booked out. Such nice people and took great care of my horse.
