Frond Cafe & Gallery at Lake Eacham
Had the pleasure of driving from Kuranda to the Frond Cafe this morning for breakfast. We were greeted with a smile and a pleasant personality. We sat outside amongst the beautiful rainforest gardens and went inside to order. My wife had a coffee and I had a pot of local Nerada tea. Both were delivered with a smile. Our breakfast order soon followed and we could not fault anything. The place is starting to show a little bit of age but that only adds to the ambience. The only thing I would suggest is that they have a copy of their menu on Google as the only menu listed is the specials board and they have a wide variety to chose from. We didn't go through the gallery as we were running out of time. We will definitely be adding this cafe to one of regular Sunday drives

Hidden gem! Love this place. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and staff are always friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

Very quaint and funky vibe. Relaxed place to share a snack and hang out. You can relax outside under the shade or inside and play chess or card games. Yummy snacks and cakes!

Beautiful spot! Definitely pop in either to or from the lake. Virginia was so so lovely and the food and coffees were DELICIOUS!
