The woman at the service desk was fantastic - kept me informed, was knowledgeable, asked questions when she wasn’t sure, and overall provided fantastic customer service. I think her name was Aleisha. However, I am disappointed with the service of my car. I forgot to mention the wiper blade was busted (literally flapping in the wind) & the service report said wipers were checked as part of the service yet it wasn’t replaced (or called to ask if okay to replace). Which then makes you question the business’ integrity.

Better service than I've ever experienced before! From the ease of booking to the courtesy drop off / pick up to the communication regarding my vehicle - all top notch!!! No need to look elsewhere!

Extremely overpriced.I have been getting my car serviced with them for years, never any issues until now. As soon as my car needs any type of repair/replacement, prices were ridiculous. Quoted $179 each for new tires, with a recommendation that all 4 need changing, and a change of 2x wheel bearings at $1395, for my 5 year old car. Called around to 6 different mechanics to find out that I have been quoted almost double the normal pricing,(those who I called not knowing about the first quote). Can't help but wonder what it was about me that made them think I would pay that... Not going back again.

I was greeted and felt welcome, offered tea or coffee. I didn’t have to wait too long, came and gone in about 35 min. What more would you want. It was easy and great.

Overall great service.Not a deal breaker but they don’t wash the car anymore and they always refer to me with my business partners name even after multiple requests to change it.Apart from that great people to deal with and they try to do everything they can to make the experience easy and enjoyable.

The Sippy Downs Service Centre went out of their way to fit me in for a service after a mix up. I was met at the reception desk by Clinton who is an absolute customer service star!! The team went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced promptly. Best customer service experience I’ve had in years!

Really disappointed with Sippy Downs service centre and sunshine Toyota in general. After selling me, the vehicle, the service has been extremely ordinary. After the initial 10,000 KM service, I am experiencing, slight shuddering at higher highway speeds. I assume this is down to something as simple as the wheel rotation and balance. When I have attempted to contact the service Centre, I have been placed in continuous loops on hold. On one occasion, I manage to speak with a receptionist who advise me that she would get the service centre to call me back however that has not occurred. I will try the Toyota service department at Ken Mills next time as Sunshine Toyota lack simple service.

Ive been taking my car to sippy downs sunshine Toyota for servicing since purchasing it 4 years ago and also the previous hilux before that. I had an issue once in relation to the car that I wasn't happy about by the friendly staff at Sippy Downs took care of it even though it wasn't under warranty.Clinton is especially nice and easy to deal with.

The team at soppy downs are very helpful and are very professional. Unfortunately the price of $1090 for a standard service (apparently another “major “ service) is ridiculous. I’d expect a golden steering wheel for that money. I’m sad but will have to look elsewhere or do it myself moving forward.
