We literally walked in rang the bell waited five minutes and nobody came out from behind the counter. what a waste of time that was. that had literally cost me more in time waiting there then it would have from the benefits of that sign

Really disappointed with the customer service and unprofessionalism of this organisation. Out of good will we paid for our signage upfront and received a very poor quality product. We ordered 5 large outdoor signs that were very substandard.The signs were printed with a double spacing and a dodgy white line down one side where it had not been printed accurately. The double spacing was not in the original artwork sent by us, the client. When the company was called, we were told “that it was not warranted to be reprinted” despite paying for a product that was extremely substandard. After a lot of respectful encouragement, the owner Geoff reluctantly agreed to re print only one sign which was agreed upon by us to meet in the middle and cause less stress for them.The sign was reprinted despite there STILL being multiple white marks caused by a dodgy print job and installed out of hours with no permission. As this is an approved facility, any external contractors need permission to have access to the grounds. Further to this, Geoff was asked and sent an induction checklist to fill out and bring to the installation. When he was contacted he lied and said he gave it to someone despite being caught out that he installed it out of hours when nobody was here. Unfortunately our organisation has still not received the document.Following this, the other four signs were unwrapped to see dodgy printing (white wonky line) and substantial chunks/chips taken out of the signs. When we first called a lady (Jo) informed us that Geoff was busy and would call us back. Before hanging up we could hear her say “oh no the big boss is calling” in a sarcastic tone as she was unaware we were still on the line which is very unprofessional.When Geoff called us back he was instantly aggressive from the get go and ready for a fight. He had instantly told us that he “had enough of us” and we needed to put it in writing that we “would go away” if he reprinted the sign one more time. Geoff and his staff struggle to understand that a paying customer requires an adequate product and don’t deserve to receive such a disgraceful and appalling response form the owners of this dysfunctional establishment.Geoff was provided images but had the audacity to say this was caused by us. We struggle to understand why we would go out of our way to damage a product we’ve paid for, this has caused us more of a headache then its worth.Pictures were sent to the company as evidence although we were told “well we won’t get them because our emails are down” how is this our problem?This company lacks communication, come with no solutions to their own mistakes and are extremely rude. The quality of their products are at a very low standard.Save yourself the headache and effort and avoid this company at all costs. The owner Geoff says he’s worked in the industry for 20 years however the quality of his work says otherwise.
