The puppet museum is located in Wilmington in South Australia. A small community that really 'packs a punch' in terms of what is available.. Puppet and Toy Museums, Pub, Cafe, Op Shop, Camping and more.. I recommend a visit and overnight stay to take advantage of all that is on offer..!!

What a wonderful collection of puppets from all over the world. So many memories from my childhood. It truly needs to be seen by all. When it can no longer be managed by this passionate couple, I do believe it needs to be sent to a museum and preserved for many enthusiasts to appreciate for years to come. A collection worth holding onto. Such a rare gift to see in a small town of SA. A part of history that simply cannot be lost. I’m so happy I got to experience this collection. What a work of art and passion.Thank you for keeping this magic alive ❤️

Brian is such a passionate and lively individual with a wealth of knowledge he loves to share. So much fascinating history in a small room of 1000 puppets, the collection was fantastic.

We went past here and thought how interesting it was as we haven’t seen a puppet museum and it was so cool, glad we went in! Popped in whilst I was in the area - only costs a gold coin donation which is well worth it. The owner talked us through the collection of over 1000 puppets/dolls and his story and enthusiasm for it is infectious. Lots of childhood nostalgia. Better than the toy museum in my opinion .
