Ranshe Homes

We built our home with them and Mr.Madugalla, was the seller, untill we signed the contract he was the angel. Then he Never answered our calls, but luckly our project supervisor was a nice fellow.The floor tiles, bathroom washbasins, benchtops, ALL are of reject quality or third graded cheaps. We were unable to detect them at the inspections.My productive advice to new cliantelle is be extremely observant and avoid them if possible . All above details are provable and evidenced .

Had to face very bad experience with them. Never ever RECOMMEND this Ranshe Homes to anyone. They are using very poor materials and never come back for the repairs even. Very poor service. Until sign the contract, they are saying “we will do this, that”. But after that not caring and taking such a long time to hand over the property. And the property is full with damages. Including appliances. Very disappointed.

I built my first home with Ranshe back in 2011. After 9 years of that experience now i am building my second home with them in Clyde. The quality of my current house is exceptional. I didn’t want to spend too much on the house as it was me and my wife’s very first home but the quality of the house i got from Ranshe was beyond our expectations. I never had any issues with the current house for the past 9 years. This was the main reason for us to choose Ranshe again for our dream home (double story house) .I got cheaper quotes from other main builders but even-though the price was bit higher i still chose Dhammika over them because of the service and assurance i had about the quality of the build. We upgraded the house and Dhammika was very professional and helpful each step of the way. House is in its lockup stage at the moment and i have been monitoring the progress closely. They have used the products and suppliers they promised to use so far and i am very happy with what i am seeing so far. I look forward to completion of the build and will be updating this review after that. All i have to say is that Ranshe delivers as they promise and the quality of their homes are exceptional.

I have build twice with Ranshe homes and both times it was exceptional quality houses. We are really happy with the build and will recommend to anyone who is looking for a great service and custom build houses at a reasonable price.

Great custom builder for the job.Good customer service and our site supervisor Suren Hulangamuwa was fantastic and a nice humble fellow.He is so punctual. This is our first house but definitely go to them if building another one and request Suren as supervisor.Kudos to the ranshe team

We built our house with Ranshe in 2020 and had great experience, like other builders we had a bit of delay with the handover during COVID but we were kept in loop by continues communication by our designer Bala. It was easy to deal with them after the handover as well, 3months repairs were done on time and we were compensated by the office for the delay as per the terms. Overall, it was great experience. We will definitely reach out to Bala in future to build with them again.

After shopping around quite a bit we settled with Ranshe after speaking with Chandana and Dhammika several times . We built our dream town house with them. They spent a lot of time to understand our design and were very accommodating of our very specific design we wanted to incorporated into our plans . They went out of their way to let us make a few last minute changes as well.We also had an amazing building supervisor Lakshan who was patient with us and delivered an amazing quality product. We were pleased that they did not do prefab builds which contributed to the quality of the product.It’s been 4 years now since we moved in and almost everyone who visits our house has nothing but complemented the workmanship and quality.Thank you Chandana, Dammika and Lakshan for your understand , patience and the quality product you’ll delivered. We are currently at Brick stage and we are pretty happy with build so far. My Sales coordinator Bala is really good. He gives me regular update weekly basis which is good.Ranshe Project manager is good too, We look forward to seeing our new home with great anticipation.

We built our house with Ranshe and it was built to a very high standard with high quality meterial and excellent craftsmanship.Our house was highly customised and they were really helpful, patient and understanding at all times.Chandana and Lakshan kept in touch throughout the whole process and their communication was exceptional.It was a pleasant experience from start to finish and I highly recommend them.

Chandra and I built a house with Ranshe homes. As our block was odd sized we had to build a custom built house.We would like to specifically mention and thank Bala Lakshmipathy sales consultant who guided us through the development of a custom plan to suit our odd sized block. He was very helpful during the initial stages of the negotiations. He is very knowledgeable and helped us through the selection process of the various items for the house.We would also like to thank Suren the supervisor who kept us regularly updated of the progress and attended to our requests expeditiously.We were very happy with pricing and quality. All their staff were very courteous and helpful. They responded to our request on time.Our overall experience was good and would recommend Ranshe builders especially if your are looking at a custom built house.
