Beaumont Tiles Edwardstown

This store is terrible. It is racist and it's advertising is misleading. I was waiting for more than 20 minutes to get some assistance about an advertisement that was in the front window. Advertisement advised that you could get a complete bathroom package including bath tub from $3,000. This is not correct because the sales person advised that they don't do packages.Also whilst waiting for service which at this point had been at least 15 minutes a Indian gentleman walks in the store and straight away a Indian sales person who was in the office reading emails comes out straight away and services him. I advised the sales person that I had been waiting for service first but was told to wait for another sales person. This is disgusting service. Every customer should be treated the same.

Lots of tiles to select from. Helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Reasonable prices for the tiles and willing to help find a suitable product for our needs.

When entering the showroom we were greeted by Mel warmly and shown various products to suit our budget and taste. Mel was very informative and helpful. We needed to purchase everything for a new bathroom renovation and were given an excellent quote which we accepted. We would not hesitate to recommend Beaumont Tiles Edwardstown. Their showroom is light, airy and large with a great assortment of stock on show. There is a customer coffee and tea section for sitting, relaxing and discussing your requirements with sales staff. Highly recommended. Our goods were delivered on time by their friendly professional delivery service. Adam placed everything carefully inside our garage and made sure we still had enough room to park our car.

I ordered tiles and bathroom accessories on 2 March and paid the same day. The quote said they would deliver in 2 weeks. Jennifer in Beaumont Edwardstown assisted. Chanel there was particularly rude. Jorge was nice but on holidays. 5 weeks later and I still had items not available. I cancelled order and asked for a refund. They tell me it will take 2 weeks. Highly unimpressive service here. I ordered at Reece Bathroom Life in Norwood. 7 day delivery of everything.Unless you have months to wait recommend you don't shop here.

I was recently assisted by Beaumont Tiles at Edwardstown to fit- out/supply everything for 3 bathrooms for a new extension.The consultancy process and customer service was second to none(communication/friendly/genuine/willing to take time and explain details). I could not be happier with the outcome in all aspects.Rebecca was excellent - thank you for your time and effort it was much appreciated.

We’re redoing the kitchen, and felt overwhelmed with the choice. When my husband asked which section would be a good place to start, the sales person said we ‘could choose whatever we wanted’. Her demeanour was overbearing, condescending and really unhelpful. Having worked in retail, a smile goes a long way, as does asking for inspiration photos, asking for budgets, helping get the tiles out of their display for a better look on the counter, comparing benefits and just even being interested in a sale (even if it’s faking it). Not telling the customer they have so many other things to do that morning.

In store service was good and tiles look great. Extremely disappointed with the delivery service. Tiles were dropped off at 5:30PM and left outside - delivery driver did not have a trolley/pallet jack to take tiles into my garage. Had to lift 1.8 tonnes of tiles at night from my front yard to my garage which is 30 meters away. My poor partner fell over when trying to help and broke multiple tiles. Not the best customer service and I very rarely leave negative reviews. Happy to discuss with Beaumont if they want this review taken down.
