LOVE THAI HAND MASSAGE

WOW. This place is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to provide a great service and worked with me to find a time that would work. The facilities are no frills- but I don't think they are needed. The environment was relaxing and the girls very skilled. I felt pampered from start to finish. Her transitions were seamless- I couldn't tell when she would move around the room from one side to the other. The prices are extremely reasonable and they often run deals and specials. I will be repeat customer.

The place is under new management and offers great price and services. I find their price competitive compared to what the rest of the area can offer ($65 for 60 minutes). Staff are attentive, polite and respectful. Will come back for another one soon.

Just wanted to write a review for Lani who was my massage therapist at Silky Rose. I was given the voucher as a Christmas present. It has been a number of weeks since my massage and only now have I had a moment to write a review. I had the most fabulous massage with Lani. I would recommend her highly and already have, in fact.When the music was a little loud Lani immediately turned it down.The room was warm and comfortable and after my massage I felt so relaxed.I will certainly be back! All the staff are lovely and the place has a great feel.Thanks Jeanine

Never again! I got given a voucher for a massage at this place from groupon for Christmas! Booked it online got confirmation and go all the way to this place just to be disappointed! So they said they have no booking under my name and they are not available that day at all! That's after 15 minutes standing in front of their door waiting for them to open the door for me! Called their contact number numerous time but they didn't answer and the lady that open the door say I can email them if I want to complain! Not bloody good enough! Such a poor service not sure how their massage going to be probably worse than their service it self! Gotta pick up your game guys especially there are a lot of massage places in Richmond!

Mai was nice and friendly and gave a lovely massage too. My first thai massage experience with a whole person's weight on me whilst massaging, very different to chinese.

Avoid! Very shady place.Good Reviews seem to be either fake or very old for different staff.The lady attending was very rude, tried to charge more than the published price. I wanted 30 mins massage but someone came after me and wanted 60 mins, the lady asked me to come back later! So greedy, no respect for customers. Behaviour was unacceptable. Avoid at all cost. Not even close to what they advertise on Locanto.

Silky Satin was a fantastic find! My friend and I were visiting the area and purchased a Groupon for a massage, body scrub and foot massage. The positive experience began right from the start as the SS staff were very accommodating, coordinating our bookings via email, within a week, and even allowing us to have our treatments simultaneously. Once we arrived for our appointments, we were impressed with the clean premises, nice decor and friendly welcomes. We were welcomed back to the treatment rooms within five minutes and enjoyed the soothing music playing in each. First came the full body scrub. With a choice between sea salt or coffee, I chose coffee and was delighted I did! The homemade crib was thoughtful applied with a light massage, smelled fantastic and left my skin extra soft! Then, my massage therapist began a full body, deep tissue massage. She was extremely attentive, spending ample time on the each part of the body and paying extra care to areas with knots. She also had impeccable timing and was silent, careful not to disturb my relaxation. When I did ask for more pressure, she was grateful and made sure to tend to my request. Overall, the massage was stellar! So relaxing that I fell asleep and walked in a dream-like state to my train home. The foot massage was equally as enjoyable-- the cherry on top! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and couldn't recommend Silky Satin enough! It's a must-go if you're looking for a high quality massage! Thank you again, ladies!!
