As far as customer service goes, Ed at the printing counter was so helpful. He was patient to go through printing and binding options. You felt heard and understood and your needs met.Great experience

Large enough store, easy to navigate, and appreciate that you can be in and out quite quickly. Have never had to wait long at all when purchasing things that I need last minute. Click and collect obviously great, but the speedy service when you know exactly what you're there for is a definite plus.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this Officeworks location, not being a local was not sure which officeworks to go to as I am a truckie travelling from Sydney down the east coast through Traralgon and stopped off in Carnegie for some Vietnamese lunch and to bought a new Apple Watch SE GPS + Cellular 40mm Starlight Sport Band 2022. Credit goes to the workers believe their names were Harrison with a beautiful mullet and Harry, had a great chat about my misses and daughter back home and they gave great tips on the family and i loosing a few pounds. Will definitely come back! Cheers Harrison Harry and the officeworks team in Carnegie!!

I wanted to give some genuine positive feedback to Lyn who works at this Officeworks. Lyn was very helpful and patient with me when I was looking at the Kindles and wasn't sure which one to get. Lyn answered all of my questions with genuine detail and was very respectful, genuine and professional. Lyn's customer service was excellent and I'm definitely looking forward to getting a new kindle thanks to the help and time of Lyn. Thanks heaps Lyn! You're doing awesome work!

Ok, so... there was a nice girl helping lots of people with scanning, copying and printing, she was very helpful and knowledgeable.However, when I asked this guy with help about car phone holders, he made up answers to my questions. If he didn't know that's fine, but don't guess!

Worst service ever. Recently bought a $450 pair of headphones, which I wasn't happy with after 2 weeks. So with receipt in hand I go to return them only to be told they CANNOT refund my money because they have been used. Not a single person mentioned this when I was making my purchase and and am now stuck with a pair of headphones I don't want. I'm not a lawyer, but forcing someone to keep an expensive item they are not happy with should be illegal. Do not shop at this store if you aren't happy with the item you purchased in hindsight.

Make sure to check the bill before leaving. They can advertise something and bill can be different (higher) and then their response (argument) would be out of box. Just an advise to be careful with this store as this is my first of this sort experience with Officeworks. I tried asking for email id to send the bill and photo of what was advertised however was not provided one, which I dont know why !!
