Was very disappointed today when I had my nails with Poor customer service I ever had.Compared to the customers next to me, the technician was rushed into doing my nails without allowing me to choose the nails shape that I would like. I have shown the picture to the lady that I want, the lady have seen the picture by 2 seconds and still doing my nails with wrong colour and wrong shape!!! Thanks for nothing.

On hidays at Bargara and badly needed a peficure. I had Lily and she was amazing. Very careful cutting my toenails and my feet feel amazing. Thank you Lily.

Was a rushed job, shared between multiple technicians. 3 people worked on my nails. Between other clients.The shellac job that was done on my finger nails started to chip away after 3 days, a week on and i had to have the shellac removed and redone by a better business.Thanks for nothing!

I have moved from Townsville and have been having my nails done for 15 years and was recommended sunshine nails by a friend ..Harlee has been doing my nails for 5 months now , not only is the service friendly and accommodating, I have never been happier with the end result . They are exactly what I ask for every time . I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Unfortunately for the nail techs at Rainbow nails who do do a good job there are a couple who have not only poor technical skills but also poor customer service skills.I first tried sunshine nails because my mum seemed happy with them - iv now had around 3 sets of SNS nails done with them and i ha e never walked out 100% happy, but I have a tendency to be picky because I am an ex nail tech myself and I have trained therapists in nails for the past few years. I do my best to make allowances for lack of customer service if it means the work is good, and I make allowances for a few technical errors in exchange for good customer service- So up until now I have returned to Rainbow nails because comparatively to other nail shops around Bundy they are consistently passable. And if your wondering why I don't just do my own nails, the answer is, it's the 1 thing I don't want to do myself simple, I no longer have the range of colors at home and why not get them done as a treat if I can.So Monday I went in and had my SNS removed and re done by Wednesday they were splitting across the nails from the base up to the tips & horizontal across the nails ... Now, the nails tech- VAN -skipped 3 steps in the process during application, she failed to remove the existing SNS completely, she refused to replace the existing tips on the 2 nails that needed them, even tho there was clear lifting, and she didn't use base powered before applying color powder... now if the job was perfect I wouldn't even question the skipped steps even tho I noticed them straight away on the day, and even when i did say something She chose to explain her way around everything. I have very long natural nails that are more often than not already perfectly shaped, she decided to reshape every nail so none of them made any sense, she accidently drilled off an end at one stage as well haha the whole thing was a mess-and it wasn't even a quick mess I was in there for 1 hr and 50 minutes haha it was a joke!Anyway 2 days later they were a total nightmare ,rough edges splitting, it's not as though I do manual labor either - I'm a beauty therapist. So I call and they say come in at 7 ask for Mykee, I come in and they tell me to wait, the girl who I know as Mykee is with someone else and I proceed to have 3 of the other techs come up and and check my nails and try to tell me it's my fault - to which I reply I know a good job and I know a bad job I'm not accepting fault, you can either take them off and fix them or take them off, but it needs to be acknowledged regardless... then they tell me HE (being the owner) told them they can fix 2 nails even tho all 10 were trash... I just told them to remove them so I could do them myself which they did after an hr and another lot of unnecessary miss shaping ...I would NOT recommend RAINBOW NAILS at all - a waste of money and time, they deserve neither.

I got gel nails done on my real nails. I got an un professional finish and the layering was not even. Very chunky.

Again I am very happy with my nails from here thanks to Troy and the nail artist that did the beautiful design, again thanks to the girls doing the pedicures,The hot stone massage was fantastic again.The girls here (special thanks to Michelle and the pedicure ladies today) are always so nice and do such a wonderful job. They offer the most amazing shellac colours and their pedicures with the hot stone massage are to die for. Thank you all so much from me and mum (Coral).

I just had a pedi, nails were short already so no cutting no hard skin removal and i didnt want any polish. Went to pay tht maybe 25 dollars they charged me full price 35 dollars. I questioned it and she shrugged, i paid and said i wont be returning. Rip off merchants
