Really great service, they were polite and double checked everything to make sure I was happy.

Went there today and it was a hurried job. My pedicure was rushed through and my polish wasn't put on properly and my hand nails had glue still stuck on the sides and not filled in properly and untidy. Not satisfied and won't be going there again.. will be going somewhere tomorrow to get it all fixed the way it should be.

Rude service, rushed and for 75 dollars I would have expected the nails to last longer then not even 2 weeks they already starting to fall off even tried to send a nice complaint through to them to try get it sorted they didn't do anything no conversation or anything wouldn't recommend them to no one!!

2nd time I have been to this nail salon and couldn’t be happier. Wonderful, happy, professional staff. Had a pedicure and full manicure and I had a ball, laughing and joking. Most certainly will be back. Thank you guys ❤️

The girl doing my nails barely looked at me; she spent the entire time watching something on her phone that was sitting on the trolley next to her with her headphones in while doing my pedicure.She did not pay attention to what she was doing, wasn’t even watching my feet while working and missed so many steps.Very disappointed and disgusted. Won’t be back.

i have been coming here for a while now and normally the workers are extremely nice . this time i went in and asked for something but as the lady was doing my nails she cut my finger ! :(

Tried this place out today in order to get some Christmas nails done for the holiday season, and I'm glad I did. Very efficient, and the lady who did my nails was not only very personable, but she also did a fabulous job. She added her own touch at the end to make them look prettier

It has been below average experiences but today was the worst. The person who did my nails was grumpy from the start. She was very rough and almost like yell to tell me what to do next. In the end she was going to put oil around my nails but I couldn't understand what she meant. Someone else came and explained. She was acting like she was mad by saying something angrily in her home laungage and rudely applied the oil on my nails. I was disguested by the behaviours.

Extremely horrible customer service and Unprofessional attitude !!I paid 35$ for a shellac nail paint and they didn’t even file my nails before starting the process. I was made to wait for 20 mins despite the fact i came in earlier than most people. Then they forgot about me. When i asked them to start my nails they said something in a different language about my nails being short.Suddenly a man walks to me and does the worst shellac on my nails. I had to basically ask to him to go thru the nails properly cuz he was in such a rush. Overall they did a bad job and told them so on my way out , when i paid for it.I won't be returning to use their services again. Please go elsewhere in the marion mall. There are plenty of better options!
