Thomas Air Conditioning

This is a very odd review as I've never met this response before. It's not one-star for bad service, it's one-star because I can't get any service and have no idea why.I originally emailed Thomair, including a photo of the service tag and explaining the problem. Yury responded asking for a phone number. I replied pointing out I was deaf and was unable to phone.After that .. nothing. I've sent multiple emails asking what was happening, but it seems I've been ghosted.

*Excellent service - highly recommended!*Our heater stopped working in the middle of winter - I Googled ‘heating repairs near me’ and this business appeared first with heaps of 5 star reviews and I can see why.I sent an email query on the weekend, had a phone call back at 9:10 Monday morning and had a serviceman at my house later that same day!My ducted heating was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price - Jason was great to deal with, polite, explained everything well and we felt very comfortable with him in our home.Thank you.

Owner said it was ok to post an honest review of my experience, because they already have many customers anyway. So here it goes:Other business (similar size that my family uses and recommends): Check with my gas heater age (35 years) and suggest it would either be a free quote to replace, or a full service of $180, or if it's broken or beyond repair it would be $99 for call out fee only, which they will try to identify towards the beginning of service.Thomas Aircon: Checked with gas heater age and said I should just do a service (even though I enquired about the option to replace and explained I'd like to either replace or service). Service quote was $340 plus GST, and because customer picked it" (based on their solid advice)

Yury from Thomas Air Conditioning was quick to respond to our repair enquiry for a Lennox ducted heating unit which had stopped working. His team arrived as agreed, resolved the issue in an efficient manner and serviced the unit. Highly recommended.

The installer drives very dangerously, tried to run me off the road and was unnecessarily abusive. He is rude, ignorant and I wouldn't trust them to install a light bulb let alone an aircon unit.

Have worked with Thomas Airconditioning now for quite a few years and they have done jobs for me both for work and personal. Very reliable, honest and efficient. And the people there are an absolute joy to work with.When we asked for a quote for a job, they were even honest enough to tell us that it was something they potentially couldn't undertake due to the size and recommended us another contractor! The first repairman I called took an hour plus to tell me all the electronics burnt out and parts are not available for repair, and that I would need to replace our system.I decided to get a second opinion and Thomas Air came out quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts required in the vehicle for repair and had my system up and running in under an hour! They saved me thousands!After such a good experience I decided to go with them for an installation in one of my investment properties, the crew they have working with them are so polite, presentable and clean up after themselves!I would not hesitate to recommend them!Thank you.

I was so impressed and thankful that I contacted Thomas air. The management were clear and honest about about cost and the service personnel were thorough and able to repair my unit saving me $'000. And they turned up as promised. I will be using them for all heating and cooling needs in the future.

I recently moved into a new place and needed a service of my air conditioning unit. I called Thomas Air Conditioning and they managed to book my in extremely quickly and have everything checked within a few days. The mechanic was lovely as well. Highly recommend for any AC needs

Unfortunately had a terrible experience trying to get our Braemar gas heating system fixed. Four visits from technicians ($660 later) and each time was provided a different diagnosis as to what the issue was. Still have the same issue from when we started and we are proceeding with a complaint to Energy Safe Victoria.
