Le Cafe Gourmand
A lovely casual, cozy cafe with indoor and outdoor dining areas. The staff were very friendly and the food typically French, small portions and beautifully presented. Limited but adequate wine list for a café. I would definitely go again. 4.5 ⭐️

Visited for breakfast. Decent menu, good friendly service, the food was tasty. Dog friendly!! I had the eggs benedict, my husband had the granola, we enjoyed both!Will return, would love to try the lunch/dinner menu and the cocktail list looked delicious.

One of the best place to enjoy french meals, set dinners and snacks.Very friendly. We have been going there since the beginning and see regulars as well as new people there all the time. Great for special occasions as well. Highly recommended!!

Was so wonderful to bring friends to this gem of a cafe after so many years and still be amazing. We discovered this cafe almost 9 years ago and everything about it I love: the staff, food, efficiency of meal, coffee. I had the Tartine and it was divine. I went home with some chocolate croissants and lollies for my kids and it still didn’t break the budget. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m on the Gold Coast.

A cute Cafe located just off a main road, but feels more isolated due to the layout and decor. The staff were wonderful. The food delicious and fresh. Our party of 4 all loved our various meals.

Very cute little French style cafe. Staff were prompt and friendly.The baguette was nice and fresh, and very filling. The salmon pie was beautiful. We’re were pleasantly surprised at the quality and amount of fish you get. It was almost an entire fillet of salmon between two slices of puff pastry with a wonderful cream sauce. The snails were also great, perhaps slightly salty but it was perfect with some bread.Coffee was ok, perhaps had a slightly burnt flavour but the food and service more than made up for it. Would be keen to return to try the breakfast and dinner menus!

Delicious food and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the French Pie and the Brownie. Staff were lovely and friendly and kept us happy. A great experience!

Been going there a few times and it never disappoints. Very good French cuisine and friendly atmosphere. The staff is super friendly. And you can buy some iconic french products on the way out :-)

Really happy with our family lunch at Cafe Le Gourmand yesterday. The service was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but not in your face. They also both sounded French which gave an authentic feel to this charming cafe. Most importantly the food was delicious and good value for money. The chicken pie, escargot and pannacotta were standouts. My salad nicoise with ocean trout was light and fresh, although the green beans could have done with a little extra dressing. Can’t wait to go back again and try the other dishes!
