Amazing customer service! These guys are so lovely to deal with, always super helpful, always happy to spend time explaining different feeds, always happy to help load heavy items and the feel when in the store is awesome - music playing, just a happy, enthusiastic environment! I’m so blown away by how lovely the owners were yesterday (Sunday) allowing me to buy a bag of grain for my chickens, I pulled up having seen the door open and a Ute being unloaded with supplies, it was the owners, they happily allowed a quick purchase of grain despite being closed to the public on a Sunday and did it with a smile - so lovely of them! Thankyou so much, I’ll always be back (during business hours!). Definitely 5 stars!!

Always have been really helpful when ever we go in , and the lady who has the coffee stand there is awesome J essentias coffee & co . Would have Tobe my favourite go to coffee in Gympie hands down ☕
