Metal Implements were clearly unclean and caused multiple infections on feet and toes. Very unprofessional and tacky.

I have been a loyal customer of the salon for well over a decade. The ladies are consistently lovely & their work is always impeccable. It’s such a joy to walk in & be so warmly welcomed each visit. I am constantly complimented on my nails by others. 5 stars!! Mai & her team are truly amazing!

Butchers, rushed painful, expensive. Fluctuating cost.Results. No nails left. Shocking experience

The business owner is a thief! My first visit & I book it in advance. I had a voucher for full set $30 to use from a local ad with free nail art. Not only was it not honoured, I got no nail art & half way through my session the owner makes up new price for me. Saying $60 in macarthur & because I want ombre gel it’s $10 more. She took a look at me & decide the price. It’s so obvious how greedy she is. Another lady did hands &feet for $65. In the end she try charge me $60 just for my hands when the expectation set at $40. She kept making up the price.$10 for gel is what she has advertised in her brochure, which I have as proof. She took $50 of my cash didn’t give me the difference & then berated & harassed me. She then tells me to get out. This is first day of my time off work I go to treat myself & get treated like this. I will be taking this further & wont let this crook think she can get away with it.

The talented technicians, clean environment, and attention to detail make every visit a pleasure. They offer a wide range of colours and designs, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Pretty happy with my nails ! Got an ombré acrylic nail and everyone was very friendly and attentive when I walked in. I liked that it didn’t feel too rushed as I have felt a bit rushed at other salons. I’d rather you take the time to do it properly. I would go back :)I have to reduce my rating today as I had someone different do my nails and I’m a bit disappointed with the outcome. I was accidentally cut whilst my nail tech was filing down the nail and the acrylic was messy and built up under at least 3 nails which I didn’t realise till I got home. I understand mistakes happen but I think having the acrylic drip down like that is a poor technique. I still give it a 3 as the poor chick spent a lot of time taking off the previous acrylic and took her time to take it off gently but I’m not sure that if return after this set. I’m sad about that :(

Always have good customer service and great value prices. Their shellac manicures are impeccable, and won't crack or chip even after a month. I've been going their regularly for two years, and will not go elsewhere.
