Silver Sponge Hand Car Wash Baldivis

I paid $300 for a full detail, that to me means everything done. Very disappointing result. Spray marks on the black around the windows, run marks, cobwebs still on mirrors, surrounds only half cleaned. Some sort of spray on shiney product used all over with over spray everywhere, even used on floor mats. Chrome not cleaned or polished at all. Was told it would take 3 1/2 hours, only took 2. Yes I showed ‘the boss’ but it wasn’t much better when I went back. I hope they enjoy my donation.

I booked in for a full interior detail and polish. I was quoted $150 for 90 minutes of work. I got a text in just over an hour. I picked the car up 30 mins later as the place was closing along with a friend who had her car cleaned and polished at the same time ($135 and took about 1 hour and 20 minutes). Both results were shockers! We had dirty rag wipe marks on dash trim and displays, the car was not vacuumed properly, and there was grit under the polish on my car! That's a big no from me. You asked me to bring it early to do the job, which I did and you rushed it!

Amazing! Second time in a couple of weeks we’ve use this service… staff very obliging, pricing is great and finished product…. For our 10 year old cars, they look like they have come out of a showroom!! Highly recommended!

Such a bad service! Paid $90 for car wash but the work has done was very poor. Coffee stains were not cleaned properly. Interior and exterior of our car hasn’t cleaned properly. Not worthy for paying $90 for this sort of service. I was expecting very clean and need job from them. Waste of time and waste of money!

Took my BMW 130 into have a full cut a polish. Full interior and exterior detail I could not be happier. Awesome service and real attention to details. One very happy customer

My hubby and I both have our cars done at sparklers, they do a great job at a decent price and the boss goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, always helping me pack my groceries into the car when I return from shopping. Very close to Woolies in the Baldivis carpark is convenient too, there's no where better in Baldivis to have your car cleaned!

Don’t approach this business. I took my car yesterday to be cleaned internally. I was expecting a professional service compared to my normal cleaning. I paid $65. It looks like the guys did not spend even 30 minutes to clean it. The result is catastrophic!

They did an amazing job on my interior but they charged me to repair my headlights as they were faded however for the extra 40$ charged its some type of clear sealer and it washed off the next week when I used the auto wash looking much worse than to start with so for this I would not recommend them at all as I had to pay a repairer to correct the damage caused costing me 200$ when I tried to talk with them they were very unprofessional and unapproachable hence reason why I will not return and for my rating

Had seen the bad reviews but wanted to give them a chance - big mistake! Requested an interior detail after son was unwell and had vomited on 1 rear leather seat. Explained situation very clearly prior to leaving vehicle and was told extra $30 for individual cleaning of the seat plus cost of interior detail $80 ($110 total). Left car, returned after 2 hours to find seat has been rubbed with armour oil but had definitely not been cleaned as discussed - visible marking was still there along with no change to smell - questioned what had been done to warrant $30 extra for seat given it’s definitely not clean to be told a ‘special chemical was applied’ this has most definitely not occurred - I had already cleaned twice at home and done a better job . Biggest waste of money and time and incredibly frustrating given I clearly explained the issue - if they couldn’t rectify they should have advised and would have gone elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've had my car 7yrs and have always cleaned it myself, but today I gave it a birthday and left it in the capable hands of the staff at sparklers! Couldn't be happier with the outcome. I put in my SUV for a wash, interior clean and seats shampooed, all for a reasonable $170, I was extremely happy, especially with how the seats come up being a busy mum/worker/student with kids and dogs the seats tend to get vacummed but not cleaned. My vehicle was ready after 2hrs as estimated by the friendly staff. I do recommend Sparklers and I will happily take my car back in the future.
