Anna Rex Cello Teacher Sydney, Australia | Anna studied with Richard Dedecius at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music. Anna also joined the Queensland Youth Orchestras where she enjoyed a steady progression from Junior Strings to QYO1, under John Curro. On her first orchestral tour to Europe Anna secured a place in the International Festival Youth Orchestra in Aberdeen.

My son has been with Ms.Rex for 1 year and 3 months now. He started from zero with Ms.Rex but now I'm proud to say his play becomes enjoyable and melodic. He is also selected into the school String Ensemble. I always accompany my son and video the sessions. During the class I can feel Ms.Rex's passion on music and teaching. She has her special teaching method focusing on both student's technic also keeping their interests in music. She builds strong bond with students. My son loves to go her class. I feel lucky having her. I highly recommend Ms.Rex!

Anna is a pure professional who's teaching reaches across all age groups. I am a very private individual who was made to feel very welcoming amongst her studentsI would like to recommend Anna and her patience in teaching of the Cello no matter the age group yo come from. I felt so inspired by the younger students it was incredible..Anna you are are credit to the community if string instruments and should be commended on your teaching ability.

Anna is a very dedicated and extremely supportive teacher and our son has improved tremendously under her guidance, both technically and musically. Anna customises her teaching and recommendations to the child's interest and talent, keeping them engaged but also challenged at the same time. I particularly enjoy seeing how she helps my son fine-tune each piece. It's this constant pursuit of excellence that sets Anna apart. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone who wants to advance as a cellist.
