Late last night I ordered a bunch of flowers at about 12.30 am to be delivered same day.Honestly, I couldn't be more grateful. STUNNING bouquet and made my day as well as my elderly mum who I haven't seen in far too long. My brother took a video of her getting them and its left me in tears.Perfect service in every single way HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I literally could not be happier. Thank you so so so VERY much!!!!!!!!!

Heros don't always wear capes.And today , turned out mine works here.Absolutely delighted with every aspect of my purchase.Valentine's weekend and looking to have flowers delivered to a remote location outside Maryborough. (Within 20min)I made the mistake (twice) of doing this through some of the many online ordering sites. On both occasions they took my payment but called to say they couldn't deliver them. One of these was based at Harvey Bay (which I accepted) but the other was also in Maryborough. I told them it was only 13 mins away but apparently their driver retired?!Anyway ended up looking locally and ignoring the Aust wide sites. Ordering and payment was just as quick and easy as the others, however the flowers were delivered in around an hour.I was gobsmacked. Kindly hand delivered by the same person that replied to my email.It's lovely to know that old fashioned local service is something that can never and should never be displaced by a franchise chain.Thank you so much

Very accommodating! For my Mums 80th, I wanted to send flowers, chocolates and a special bottle of champagne. Bunches offered to source the wine even though they don't usually stock it. The choclates were extra special and the flowers the best Mum had seen and smelt wonderful. Thank you Bunches team.

Ordered a floral arrangement over the phone to pick up the next day. The roses were brown and limp and the lady in the store tried to tell us that all roses looked like that. However she did offer to redo the arrangement only after we complained. Would not use again.

Do not give this lot your business.I ordered flowers online which did not meet my expectations.I emailed the business twice to give constructive feedback - no reply.Plenty of other florists in Maryborough who i'm sure would welcome your business and also welcome feedback.

Very impressed!! After browsing the different flowers on the website and not being able to decide which I wanted, I decided on a “Florists Choice” box. The flowers are absolutely beautiful. The service was outstanding and the delivery was prompt. Would definitely use again.

Ordered flower for my mother in law but she lives 20 minutes away from Maryborough and no option on same day delivery. Called the store and they have been so accommodating on my request! Customer service is excellent. Thank you so much. I'm sure my mother in law would love it.
