Absolutely livid my mattress was not delivered today even though the tracker located the truck outside my building at one stage! Next check it was suburbs away.Made a phone call and was told the driver would be 20 mins. 45 mins later I called again and was told he went home early with a stomach bug!!!!!Result is I have nowhere to sleep now until Monday as I cannot be home tomorrow!!No words adequate enough to say how angry I am!!!

I arrived home as the delivery truck was pulling out of my drivewayCalled the driver and he said I called your phone and knocked on your door twiceNo notification that an attempted delivery was made nothing - no clue where my mattress is going or how to get it delivered to me.A simple heads up that it was arriving today would have been nice

I worked with him almost around 4 months but they hold my almost 3weeks as a security I don’t why I gave a month notice to leave job but they didn’t pay my wages .My boss name is Uifi I contact him plethora of times but he didn’t answered and reply me back . Worst job experienced I ever had in Australia .This is totally ridiculous about you guys . I am asking for my salary . Can anyone suggest what I have to do

I received my Concept 2 RowErg through Direct Couriers Sydney. I am very pleased with service.I was informed with an SMS that my order is picked up for delivery. I was provided live tracking of vehicle and it was accurate. My delivery driver was Andrew (273). Direct Couriers Sydney should be proud of him. Friendly and courteous delivery with smile. Keep up the good work. I am very happy with on-time and informed delivery with smile.

Booked a job on Monday for pickup 2 days later.Driver was late (should pickup around 1pm but did not show until 3pm). The receiver is a warehouse and will close at 5pm. This means it is likely goods will not be delivered before 5pm because driver was late. I was told goods will be held at the depot and I need to pay for this. Please explain why do I need to pay due to your driver being late at pickup?

I had a parcel delivered today because only 1 of 2 parcels were delivered. My call was promptly answered by a lovely lady named Lou. After giving her as many details, tracking numbers etc Lou asked me if I was sure I had the right company? Even suggesting the correct company that might have made the delivery. Upon closer inspection of the label on the parcel I discovered she was correct, I had in fact rung the wrong company. Lou then offered to help me out with their number. She was so patient with me and the help she freely offered me was fantastic! Above and beyond! It made my day. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. Lou your a real asset to the company and offered the best customer service. Thank you so much.

Ive been using direct couriers for years now and developed a great business relationship with them. They go out of their way to assist and most of their drivers are really lovely. Ive used other companies in the past but have stuck with this one for years and wont change. No one is perfect but these guys are the best Ive used. A huge thanks for helping me out this christmas with my gift delivery - what they did was amazing and saved me so much time.

What can I say, probably the fastest delivery van I’ve encountered, nearly hit me and another driver on the highway. Zig zagging through lanes. Does not matter who they hit into they will delivery to you!Plate: DA53QW

I had a mattress delivered and the delivery man refused to take it up the stairs to my apartment. He just dumped it in the lobby and told me to carry it up myself. Meanwhile, 2 other delivery men watched on from the truck and didn’t come to assist. I had to ask a neighbour to help me get it up the stairs to my apartment. So I’ve just spent money on delivery only to be forced to do the job myself!

Terrible experience using Direct Couriers. They lost a 2 thousand dollar laptop and said it was delivered. It was our third shipment they lost. We even provided CCTV footage proving it wasn't delivered. After multiple requests to recover the cost they stopped communicating with us. My company has since stopped using their services.
