My kids are often unsure about going and yet they enjoy it and get so much out of it each week. This and Occupational Therapy have been the most effective sessions they have in a week.

My Children have been attending this class since they were 4, they are now 10 and 8. We really notice a reduction in their capacity and ability to reset and enjoy the weekend and coming week, on those weeks that Yoga is not on or we miss it. Helping them tune into their body and practice breathing techniques when not overwhelmed, makes it easier for them to utilise strategies when they are. Great class and awesome teachers.

My 6 y.o daughter has been doing yoga here for almost a year. It has taught her vital skills to help her look after her body and mind as she grows. She suffers with anxiety and the breathing exercises have been beneficial in regulating her and they are taught as a fun game which is appropriate for her age. Highly recommend
