I have recently installed Hotwire floor heating into my bathrooms. What a great decision. Warm floor, dry towels and nice when you have those cold mornings. After sales service was terrific. I highly recommend you get this.

I installed a 1kw underfloor system in 2018 and two days ago (April 2022) the lower half of the touchscreen became unresponsive. I called Hotwire and spoke with Ross who after a brief conversation and a few questions offered to send a new thermostat free of charge. It arrived 24 hours later (and I’m regional!) and was installed today by an electrician. It’s like new again.I honestly couldn’t be happier with the customer service and have decided to use Hotwire again for 2 more bathrooms.

Installed under the tiles in our ensuite. Love it! Timer turns them on in the morning and evening, we have it set to 22deg so when we walk in the floor is warm on your feet (so nice!!) and the room temp is very comfy.

I was fortunate enough to receive a heated towel rail courtesy of Hotwire Heating, it was installed in my main bathroom. I now can't imagine living without it, not only does it look fantastic but it makes having a bath or shower so much more enjoyable knowing there's a warm towel waiting for me. I love it!

So for the first time in a very long time, I filled in a contact form and was called back with 5-10 minutes. Impressive, unfortunately they didn't have a smart home solution for a heated towel rail, but the person who called was well informed cheerful and helpful. Thanks Hotwire Heating :) I would recommend this business. P.S. 4 Stars given as they didn't actually have what I was looking for..... Service was excellent.

Beware. I bought hotwire underfloor heating and a hotwire towel rail w the dual thermostat and learned that the towel rail was incompatible w the thermostat as many of their towel rails apparently are incompatible. They sold the products to my qualified electrician and are now blaming the electrician because he should have known. There is no product disclosure anywhere on their site or on their towel rail products to warn of this. In fact, their site says the following:Yes

Hotwire undertile heating us such an affordable luxury. Once you have had a bathroom with it installed, you will never do another reno without it.So simple to lay we do it ourselves then just get the electriton to hook it up.We have our heated rail on the same thermostat and they are programed to come on together. We had it installed in our shaving cabinet, neatly tucked away
